Easily the best, no matter the location. The food and service doesn’t waiver. They also provide free kid meals as incentives for students throughout NOLA, which is really nice. My son has received many of these from a few schools/events presented in the city to students.
1 kid at the window where you receive your food is a little rough when handing me my order. But otherwise it's cool.

Gotta Love Raising Cane's but for pricey food they need to have more portion with the chicken strips an fries the Raising Cane's at the Chef/ Gentilly location does add give proper portions of the food the portion size on the photo above is the amount given at McDonald's with a kids happy meal the chicken fingers is sometimes premature small an when the size is off it should be an extra chicken strip added I've purchased the Caneyak Combo Meal an it's the same thing happening small portions serviced an that is the most pricey Combo meal an also they are rush the cooking process on the fries the employee crew members is pulling the fries up before the time alert comes on to pull the food how I know this because ive got half cooked fries with no salt also sometimes no salt is added on the fries I love Raising Cane's but Chef & Gentilly location need to do better every other location I've been to service is great such as Caliborne ave. An the Slidell location everything is on point everything is cook fully fresh an hot the portions is the right size serving just like the Raising Cane's I 1st fell in love with
The food is always fresh at Canes. The service is always good. The order was correct, hot, and fresh.
Raising canes has the most delicious, homemade, juicy chicken fingers. The crust is the perfect mixture between soft and hard. The French fries are a golden crinkled type fries. It comes with a side of toast, that is buttered to perfection and grilled with the utmost satisfaction with each bite you take. The canes sauce is a lot like zaxbys sauce but much better less of a bitter taste, has more a sweet savory taste. Okay I cant haha it's awesome that is all. 😂
This location has speedy service but late nights on Saturday the line for the drive thru gets pretty lengthy out to the street.
Team stopped by for lunch and they really took care of us. You guys rock!

We had eaten at this chain before a long time ago and remembered we liked it. We were only in town for one night and needed to grab something quick and this hit the spot. It was delicious chicken, they actually made sweet tea he right way and we’d definitely go again if in town.
Got plenty of chicken the fries were decent it is not my top choice however
I’ve never had any issues when I went here. The line is pretty long but it’s a popular place so that’s to be expected but it moves at a good pace. Tenders and fries are always hot and my orders are always correct
