They wouldn’t make any of the sandwiches they had and claimed they had no food. They gave us 3 caramel frappes and they were absolute trash. It tasted like water with whipped cream. They don’t know how to make coffee. $30 fine straight to the trash. Don’t come here, 0 stars. Horrible everything.

Worst customer service experience EVER! I had one of the absolute simplest orders ever (quad espresso with a splash of half n half). They looked at me like I had 3 heads and spoke a different language. Super rude.

Arrived and became one of about 10 people waiting for our coffees while staring at over a dozen "dying" drinks sitting out getting cold (or melting as the case may be). It took them about 20 minutes to finally complete an order that should have taken less than two. It wasn't that there were so many people in line, the problem was that nobody's drinks were being made...none of us! Rather than make drinks for the people standing there waiting for our drinks, these smart employees continued to make drink after drink (after drink after drink) for people who'd ordered via their app, but weren't even there yet. It became comical as they continued to yell out name after name of people not present as we all just waited endlessly for the orders we had just made IN PERSON. Horrible company with no concept of real customer service or common sense.

I worked as a Starbucks employee for almost 4 years; I understand that it can be busy, you can get customers from all over, and at times it can be so stressful you may want to snap. The key is to maintain your composure because as an employee you are representing the Starbucks brand. The majority of the employees at this location were rude, acted as though we were inconveniencing them, and did not make any of our drinks correctly. When asked to fix their mistakes they made it seem like we were wrong for wanting what we paid for. It may take a few extra minutes, but save yourself a disappointing morning experience and walk to a different location.

The racist incident in USA is one that makes them lose 2 stars from me. Tarnished brand because of the extreme intolerance that was displayed.

I have been to a lot of different Starbucks locations and came to this one twice on my vacation. My drink has two ingredients in it, TWO, and it has not been made correctly each time. Whenever I asked for them to fix it, it seemed like the biggest inconvenience. Overall, I liked the location and in the end I got my drink.

Canal Street Starbucks is filled with the homeless sleeping. Good food and drink, friendly staff, very busy. Not entirely sure how it became a homeless shelter? On the one hand this is good, while on the other it needs addressing. Either do the full job and provide cots, or get the authority to assist.
