It's not Ms.Hyster anymore it's Lorraine's SoulFood . I ordered the seafood gumbo and to my surprise it had no seafood in it but it taste good..
It was good better than most aroubd town at the time. Always returned. Prices average. Great taste.

Omg I just left here and the food was the Soo BOMB!!! I had the rib platter. The ribs tasted like they had been cooked for 4/5 hours. DELISH W/ Homemade bbq sauce. Ms. Virginia served as host to my club meeting, and as usual, did not disappoint. The food was excellent and the service was too. Ms. Hyster's should be able to take care of all of your BBQ needs.
Went in 2014 nice lady at the counter , food was amazing , only issue is wish they open SUNDAY. and great pricing , will be going back this year.
Best bbq in the city! We've been going here for years, not open consistently but it's a small business and always worth the wait!
