Very friendly & helpful staff. Also, very clean location. The drive-through was very busy, while the inside was quiet. Food was as good as expected.
It's Raisin canes with extra sauces, double butter my bread ENOUGH SAID!! BUT HEY SOMEONE IN THERE NEED TO LEARN 1/2 CUP SUGAR PER GALLON OF SWEET TEA....IS NOT SWEET TEA!!! STEP IT UP MYSTERY "HUMAN"
This rating is based on a fast food restaurant scale. Canes is consistently the best chicken, while their service is efficient, accurate, and done with a smile. Oh. And my wife loves the ice cubes....
My bf if from New Orleans and I'm from Jacksonville we have zaxbys and he's always telling me about canes so I had to see for myself, the restaurant was so cool with all the pics everywhere my kids loved it and the chicken was good and the service was friendly and fast! I do see myself going there in the future
Came on the recommendation of a co-worker who said that this place is better than Popeye's, and they weren't wrong. The Cane sauce is delicious, the crinkle cut fries are cooked perfectly, and unlike every Popeye's I've eaten at this place makes a priority of keeping their dining room clean at all times. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for good food on the quick.
I eat at this restaurant often. The staff is very friendly and even when it's full of customers they focus on each order as if you were the only one there. While there recently, there was an employee checking on the customers and taking our drinks to refill, not a common service in the fast food restaurant.
I ordered a catering meal. It was ready on time , Hot and brought to my car quickly and with a smile. I Will recommend to everyone.

This location is like being at a 5 star restaurant. Its staff are always pleasant and professional and provide the best service without all the drama you see at other (non brand name) competitors.

I only went to the drive through but I love the thoroughness of the process. They read my order to me at both windows and at the order station. They have me enough ketchup that's huge with me.I hate when I get one or two ketchups with my order. I use ketchup as a dip and I cover my fries with it. For that and the courtesy that was given I'm giving this store 5 stars..
The staff were very friendly and professional. My order was hot and everyone enjoyed the Chicken fingers. Didn't leave us any.

Great service most of the time, but there has been times that the employees have had attitude problems. Prices are reasonable for the product, and the Chicken is fairly good as well.
Though to be honest, most people go for the lemonade and Cane's sauce.
I only have good things to say about the food and staff at the canes on old Behrman hwy. In Algiers LA. the drive-thru often has a long line but it does move fast so if you really want canes get in line it's faster than you will expect.

Never had a bad visit. Drive thru only at the moment with occasional long lines, but they keep it moving so it's never a long wait. The chicken is usually hot and juicy. The sweet tea is very sweet, kind of like drinking syrup. I prefer half unsweet, but do enjoy the large sweet tea on occasion. It's a limited menu, but that's why they can do it well and do it quickly.
