For an IHOP, we had a good experience. Didn't have to wait for service. Food was good and prepared how we wanted. One of the better IHOPs I have been to.
Absolutely the best sirloin tips I've ever had; they were full of flavor and were kinda sweet and amazingly savory. Food was 100% hot and fresh can came quickly. It kinda felt weird when the host stayed at the table until we ordered but other than that it was an amazing and delicious experience
The restaurant is in a really convenient location, right off the I-10. I was pleased with my visit. The service was quick. My food looked appealing. I found most of the the staff to be friendly and eager to provide assistance. (No bad attitudes) The restroom weren't super clean but it wasnt disgusting, smelly or grimy either. You can they make an effort to keep the facility clean.

Was a clean and spacious type decor that a family 👪 could feel very comfortable in such an environment. While enjoying a clean and tasteful cuisine. Kudos to this Ihop in New Orleans on route 10.
I read some of the other reviews and was a little nervous but I'm glad I checked it out myself. I was greeted well and my server Taquan took good care of my husband and I. 😊
Sandy was super sweet and attentive. We got seated immediately and our food took 5 minutes or less to hit the table.
Service and food were great but it was too warm in there
The experience was good, however my server had earphones in the whole time and was clearly on the phone with someone I guess these are new guest standards!
Hey, it's IHOP, not a 5-star restaurant, so I'm rating it accordingly. 5 stars because the staff was very nice, and made sure I never was in need of anything. I interacted with the hostess, both bussers, 2 waitresses and who I guess was the manager. All were very polite. The food came out quickly and my eggs were a perfect over medium as I had ordered them. The only complaint was that they didn't have the syrup choices like usual, but that was due to covid, not their fault. Anyway, as good a dining experience as can be expected at IHOP, and kudos to the staff for friendliness.
