I can not find anything about this place that I do not love! The service is super fast, but don't make the mistake of mistaking fast service as sloppy. Their food is incredible and some of the best BBQ I have eaten! They have amazing food and are fast with their orders what more could you ask for!! I honestly rate it a 10!
I goto Pancake Pantry for best pancakes, Fogo for best bacon, and LA Smokehouse Earhart for the best beef short rib with "5 Cane BBQ" sauce. No matter how many brag about it, dream about how great it will be, because LA Smokehouse will exceed your expectations.
Tried the beef brisket, mac n cheese, potato salad, black eye peas, fries, and texas toast. Everything was absolutely delicious!
Definitely a must try!!! I will be returning again soon in the near future.

I'm am beyond impressed with this restaurant. Last night we ordered through GrubHub. After our driver got the wrong order, she decided it was more important for her to get off than go get our correct order and bring it to us. After Grubhub refunded our money, I called the restaurant to let them know the driver was not returning and I felt bad that they had made all that food for nothing. Well, Daniel went above and beyond and brought us our food! Not only were we so grateful that he did that for us, but the food was EXCELLENT!! We cannot wait to actually go visit the restaurant and enjoy their food again!

I've been meaning to try this spot for a while and I'm so glad that I did! The food is incredible! Everything was well-seasoned, super yummy, and reasonably priced. The service was friendly and fast, and the space itself was immaculate, including a spotless bathroom. 5 stars all the way! I'll be returning soon.
The food was awesome and so was the service. I was visiting the area for business and was taken there by a colleague. Love it!!!! What a treat...!

Some of the staff of Thunder Roads Louisiana Magazine visited last night to sample some of the house specialtys for an upcoming article in our March issue. Bar none the absolute BEST smoked meats and sides we ever ate!. The ambiance was incredible and so was the service. And for the size portions you get its affordable to any budget.

Heard about LA Smokehouse on FB from a friend. We tried it out April 15. Easy to find and ample parking. Handicap accessible - a critical criteria for us. If you are not hungry when you walk in the aroma will get your taste buds salivating. It was so hard to choose. Ended up with the brisket. It was excellent and maybe one of the best I have ever eaten. The potatoes were unusual but equally as good. Loved the sauce - which was housemade. Liked it so much got gift certificates for friends and plan to stop in again the next time we are in New Orleans.
The food is amazingly good. Everything I've tried is wonderful.

Owned by charming family with the cutest baby, this is by far the best meat we have ever tasted! They are attentive to every detail of the food, and it's family friendly as well, with a chalkboard that kids can color on. All the sauces are home made and beyond amazing, and every side was delicious to the point that it was hard to choose. We liked it so much we went twice in a week! My husband actually started drooling in the parking lot on the way in. For real. He had to wipe his mouth.
I died, died I tell you! Off the charts amazing!! House made sauce bar. They even have a vegetarian option....and it's actually good! Like so good, you guessed it, I died a little.
The food is fantastic. The grillades bowls are all delicious especially with the pulled pork. The Cesar salad with pulled chicken is my favorite item on the menu. The brisket and gravy baked potato is also great. All of the sides are good especially the Mac and cheese and fried okra. Great and friendly staff with quick service.
I had one of the grillade bowls, so good! They come with the diner's choice of meat (chicken, pulled pork, brisket, etc.) and the diner's choice of 4 different styles of grits and toppings. It was my first time there and I definitely will be going back. Fast, friendly service, a clean environment, and a great menu to choose from!
This is the best BBQ IN NOLA. Great food, service and ambience. Family owned and run by chefs that have exacting standards. The balance of flavor it that grillads and Grits dish was amazing. Perfection. Well worth the drive and if you're too drunk they deliver.
Stopped in because of a Groupon. Could not have lucked out more. The portions were generous, the food was good, the atmosphere was "adorable" (my wife's words), and the people were super friendly. It's a new place, that I really hope hits it big.
Stopped in on a whim, so glad we did! The service and the food was spectacular! We enjoyed our very methodical sampling of the vast array of house-made sauces they have (smoked poblano, sweet carolina, and the house were our favorite!) on a variety of the meats, which were all very tasty. The maque choux mac and cheese is fantastic too! All at a very reasonable price!
VERY good. I've been going to a BBQ place near where I live since I moved, and got this place because a friend referred them and it was a bit different, and it blows my "usual" place out of the water!
No gripes at all: The fire-box chili is loaded with toppings, the boudin is cooked perfectly (and is honestly about the only Boudin I've had since moving that I really like), the rib sizes are much more generous as far as meat per rib than most places, the mac and cheese was great, and even just the fries were well seasoned!
AND they have delivery with Postmates meaning I will definitely be going back!
Tender, smoky meats with a variety of sauces-each one better than the next. Excellent wines. Good cole slaw. Interesting menu. Good looking property for dining in. Lighting could be softer. Blues playing the whole time.
Not a huge brisket fan but decided to try it, since folks were raving on and on about it. I gotta say it was well worth it! Plus you get to try a variety of their bbq sauces too. Really nice, i will most definitely return!
We had the pulled pork sandwich , smoked sausage, and ribs, with potatoes salad and slaw. The sandwich was delicious, with thick sliced bread, sweet peppers, pickles, and onions was really tasty and very filling. The rinse fell apart and were perfect. The sausage was equally delicious as everything else. They had a large selection of tasty sauses, my favorite was the peach habenero bbq sause.
The only request I have is a larger beer selection.
Great food and very friendly staff. Easy parking and roomy dining area. Fed large family with meal deal including 1 lb of brisket, 1 lb of chicken, 2 huge sides and cornbread. Actually had some leftovers to take home.
This place is amazing. The food is delicious!!! I had the Southwestern Grillade and it is abosolutely delicious. You have to try it!!!! Of course all of their food are mouth watering. The owners are a lovely couple that are very kind and sweet. They have the cutest baby. I highly recommend this place. 😀😀😀

Loved the BBQ, great mac'n cheese. Pulled pork is some of the best, brisket is tender and moist, house sauce is awesome. Cheese in the black eyed peas? Oh yeah!
Good food. Barbeque was smoked just right and good sauces are available. The sides were excellent too. It is an order at the counter place, but the food was hot and delivered to us.
