I have never made an effort to write a restaurant review, but as soon as I took a bite of food at Reginellis, I knew I had to tell everyone about this little slice of heaven (get it?). Reginellis serves an electric menu in an environment I can only describe as retro-Orleans flair.
My visit was spurred by a typical head-splitting headache that is all too often experienced on Sunday morning. I soothed my headache the only way possible - with a Bloody Mary. And BOY, this did not disappoint! Outfitted with pickled okras, this god-send drink hit the spot and had me feeling good as new. I also ordered the breakfast pizza. Screw regular breakfast. Just give me this pizza every morning as long as I live.
The only thing that was better than my food was the service. My server Grace was an absolute saving grace who kept drinks filled and smiles abundant. And enough kind words cannot be spoken about Taylor, the manager. If you’re ever in this restaurant (and you will be after reading this review, right?!), you can’t miss her and her blue hair. Let her know what an amazing establishment she is running.
Eggplant Reginelli is delicious! And so was the garden salad with Gorgonzola on top! Really enjoyed it! Nice place with good service & food!
I have eaten at several of Reginelli's locations and I love this one. I will past other ones to go here. The staff have always been great and my orders have always been perfect

Great staff, good sweet tea. Pizza made the way you love it!!#
Husband and I just ate here. The garlic knots were soooo good and our pizzas were amazing too. Food came out quickly and service was great - really quick on refills. Good value for money :)
Decent Pizza, But Patience Required
I recently visited Reginelli's Pizzeria and had a satisfying experience overall. We opted for the Classic Combo pizza, which turned out to be delicious. However, I must admit that the abundance of green peppers was a bit overwhelming for my taste. Nevertheless, the flavors were on point and left me wanting more.
The restaurant itself had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. However, I do have to mention that the wait time for our pizza was a little longer than expected. It took around 30 minutes for a to-go order. If you plan on dining here, make sure you have enough time to spare and aren't in a rush.
Despite the wait, the pizza itself was worth it. The crust had a perfect texture, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Reginelli's Pizzeria is a nice place to enjoy a satisfying pizza. Just be aware that the wait time for your order might be longer than expected. If you have the time and want to experience their delicious Classic Combo pizza, I recommend giving this place a try. Just keep in mind that if you're not a fan of green peppers, you might want to ask for a lighter amount.
I was in NOLA for work and exhausted after traveling and working all day so was craving carbs. 😁 I had never tried Reginelli’s but it was pretty close to where I was staying in the Central Business District. I ordered a pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and a side Cesar salad. When I placed the order it told me it would be about an hour before it was delivered, so realizing I had forgotten shampoo I walked over to the Walgreens on Canal, about 3 minute walk. I was gone maybe 15 minutes and while headed back got a call that the delivery person was there. He was really nice when I told him I was just a few minutes away and waited for me. He was very friendly when I met him to get my order and I gave a nice tip. The pizza was hot and fresh and the salad was nice and cool and crisp. The Caesar dressing was absolutely delicious and tasted homemade. I couldn’t even wait to take a picture before eating a slice😁🫣. I will definitely be ordering from or visiting Reginelli’s next time I’m in town!
Our visit (3) was 18 April 2023 during a business trip. Two co-workers had Perfect Pairings – both had slice of pepperoni with a salad (Caesar & Small Green) and I had Tomato Basil Soup, Chicken Pita, and Glass Frose. Our dishes were very good. The location is spacious and was across the street just a little down from our hotel. We sat in a nice size booth. Our server was professional, pleasant and helpful. If back in the area would definitely come back to try something else.
Time for lunch and Regonelli's Pizzeria was the choice. We got a build your own pepperoni and cheese pizza and then some watermelon salad. The pizza was great and very fresh. Now the watermelon salad, here is what it is. Watermelon, obviously, with pecans, mint, feta cheese, and orange mint dressing. How this works, not sure, but I liked it. I really just wanted some watermelon and ended up trying something new that I liked. The inside is nice and open. I could see it being fun during peak times. The staff are friendly and get your food to you quickly. Decent value for money. And you could probably take the kids here during the day. I'm not sure about the night. Probably play that by ear. Nice experience, I do recommend.
Z. W. was my server and she was very pleasant. The food was great and had nice presentation. I was really interested in the cardboard menu - resembling a pizza box. That was creative! The restaurant was nice and clean - modern.
I really don't know why this place wasn't more busy during lunch. The pizzas were the perfect size, I got in and out quickly and it was delicious. The service was quick and friendly. I will definitely come back another time for lunch. I had the Crawfish pizza and I would totally recommend it.
The place was empty when we stopped, but quickly filled up. They were out of a lot of beers, even drafts. And for Journey and Toto to be playing that night, not a wise choice on management's part. Our waiter was, timid and didn't know they were out, so taking our order going back and forth to the kitchen multiple times was frustrating. Our food also didn't come out together. There were other waiters and waitresses who helped and they were awesome! The food was also great!
Had the Smoking Chicken.....phenomenal! Added some banana peppers to give it a little kick. So good!
My friend and I stopped randomly in here after the Saints game and the pizza was amazing!!! The service was great and friendly staff. Kudos to Nathan who made an outstanding pizza (see photos) and our server Allen was awesome!!!
Great Pizza and Great Service!!
We were staying at the Drury down the street and decided to grab some pizza on our last night in town. Google said they closed early, so we called in for delivery, only to find out that they were open later. So, we walked down to dine in.
Alan was our server, very friendly and helpful with the menu. We had already looked online, but he answered a few questions we had. We ordered a Classic Combo and a Smokin Chicken pizza. Both were fantastic!! We ate everything buy one little piece! Even though they were trying to close up, Alan took the time to come check on us and insure that everything was good.
I don't know when we might be back in NOLA, but if we are... Reginelli's will one of our stops!!
I DO recommend this location!
The wait time was a little lengthy due to the game but the hostess Gabby was Amazing, she checked on us and got us seated as soon as a table was available...got our drinks started with our waitress. The food was hot and delicious 😋....there were to waitress I really admired during the busy traffic they both still smiled, and engaged with all the customers so professionally. I was only able to get Ashley name because she did acknowledge us when we walked in. I'm not sure of the other waitress name cause she wasn't out waitress but she was doing a Great job...KUDOS to the employees you have representing your establishment.
Their pizza was fantastic with layers of flavor. The staff was great and gave great service. I wish we had known about this place earlier in our trip so we could have visited more.
For pizza it was good. Not greasy and everything else had great flavor.
BEST PIZZA & PIZZERIA IN THE AREA😋 DON'T SKIP OUT. The cheese bread is to die for. Homemade marinara sauce is WONDERFUL! Specialty pizzas are off the chain, too! I recommend trying the S.O.S. (chicken alfredo sauce) Literally, even their cokes are great!! You will not regret eating here!!
Brilliant place to go with kids due to their 'make your own pizza' special. Really nice service. Not the world's greatest pizza but perfectly acceptable.
I loved it here. You don't go to New Orleans expecting to find good pizza but I did! The pizza was hot, fresh, the salad was delicious, the garlic knots were everything! I really enjoyed this place and I'd definitely recommend it! Plus the service was top notch and the restrooms were very clean.
