Great food and service. Complimentary valet parking is an added bonus. Attentive servers and manager went to every table greeting guests. Went on a Sunday around noon. Place was not crowded. Background music and overall restaurant decor is unique and inviting. I ordered shrimp and grits. It came with an egg (your way) onions and bell peppers and a red sauce. The flavor combination was delectable. There was a slight hint of spiciness but it was manageable and I normally do not eat anything spicy. Husband had chicken and waffles. Another delectable dish with a little spiciness, but again it was tolerable.

food was 4 star , service was horrendous. Our waiter seemed ill trained , We split a sloppy appetizer and he brought no plates , we split a sloppy desert and he didn't bring extra plates . We had to ask for silverware , condiments , water refills and cream for coffee . I am easy going and was willing to let all this slide until he brought the check , walked away and the pen didn't work . We waited 5 minutes until we asked for a manager. The manager Colin was polite and accommodating , adjusting our check considerably. At the same time , he was dealing with another group that had similar problems . The way he handled it , it seemed he had done this before. Again , the food was awesome , dessert was awesome , but frankly the service killed it. Oh , and when my wife brought up one problem he rolled his eyes at her. I've been married to her for 20 years and know better.

Food was very good, crab cakes and the crawfish skillet were very tasty, banana foster was delicious. Service can be slow, we were seated promptly but waited 15 minutes for someone to come by with menus. The manager stopped by and took our orders, he was very gracious and took the desert off our bill.

This restaurant gets 5 stars. Cheesecake bistro which is owned by Copeland's restaurant chain was a very impressive experience. from the moment you walk up to the front door all the way until entering you notice the attention to detail spent on the decorations of the restaurant core. From the low light to medium lighting to the well manicured and up kept employees. The menu is just the right size it's not too large that it gives you an overwhelming sense of choice and it's not too small to leave you wanting more. it is literally just the right size to give you a sense of the delicacies of the Deep South. The tables very large and the space is plentiful you can down to the cleanliness of the bathroom I was very impressed our server was training a new employee and he had other tables to wait on but he never went a moment without checking on us to see if we were doing alright and if the food was prepared the way that we expected. I highly recommend anyone visiting the area to pop in and try out Cheesecake Bistro. Very professional very well made and very good experience the only drawback I have to say is the parking issue because of where it is located but there are plenty of parking areas and pay to park areas around and they're so plentiful that it doesn't take away from the five stars.

Went there for supper. The server we had was a older guy named Jon. He was very helpful. I'm not a big spice fanatic and so I ordered the blackened shrimp pizza bowl. I guess the oven that they use for the bowls was broken so didn't get the bowl but got delicious homemade bread that made me flash back to my grandmas baking when I was a child. I requested as little spice on my meal as possible so he asked the chef to grill the shrimp for me instead of the way they normally cook it so that there wouldn't be any spice. This was the first restaurant I've been to in new Orleans that actually fulfilled my request. Everywhere else Still loaded it up with pepper, Creole seasoning or Cajun seasoning even after I asked if they could leave it out. Most places claimed it was already in the sauce but yet it was sprinkled all over the sides of the plate so clearly an after cooking thing. Thank you Jon for giving my belly a break from the spice. Oh and the cheesecakes are delicious

Service is a bit slow but it is busy. The staff are nice and love the pizza pasta bowl. Also, they have the best turtle cheesecake! (I enjoy it much more than Cheesecake Factory).

9:00pm happy hour in bar is 50% select drinks and most appetizers. Great service and the firecracker shrimp, onion straws and crab/crawfish dip was awesome. We made it our dinner.
