The staff were very approachable and attentive, the service was quick and simple. The food was fresh and satisfying. The sauces - I added a side of honey mustard, per a friend's recommendation - were a great addition to the meal. The pearl ice is a step up from other fast food restaurants. There are several other fast food options in a one-block radius (a few of them chicken-centric,) so this experience made all the difference in validating my choice and encouraging future visits to this and other locations.

Terrence and his staff have retained what the two Metairie stores have lost--customer service. They were attentive and pleasant. Great experience and great dinner.
They got it down to an art, fast quick and yes sir no sir, 3 stars on atmosphere because I used drive thru which was excellent
As always, fresh, tender, juicy chicken breast with a light batter. The caniac sauce on top is what sets it off! Good job Canes!
The food is phenomenal! If you want legit lemonade, this is your place! It is clean, people are super friendly and fast service. I would recommend stopping by!
I went in yesterday and placed 2 orders. The atmosphere was rough not due to the employees management it was due to customers. I think the staff and management handled things well. The food was fresh served in a timely manner despite the circumstances. I truly felt bad for the manager and the employees for having to deal with customers being rude and even threatening to them. The manager apologies to my God child and I and even walked us out. I thought that was super kind and responsible of him to make sure the customers were safe from the other customers causing issues. I would go back there anytime and can only hope it's the same people working. Also went into the bathroom and it was very clean as well.
World class tenders and experience. Don't sleep on Raising Cane's. The Caniac Combo with Dr. P is all time.

I had a mostly good experience at this Canes. Service was friendly and prompt. My 3 Finger Combo was ready just as I finished getting my drink and ketchup. You couldn't as for it to be any faster than that. The chicken, fries and bread were all fresh and hot. One odd thing was two Canes employees, apparently on break, eating their dinner at the next table and it was take out from another restaurant. That didn't really bother me, but I found it unusual. Minus one star for the poor location on Carrollton. There was one guy lying on the bench by the front door looking homeless and talking to himself. I don't know if Canes can do anything about that, but it makes me want to go to a different location next time.
Went thru drive thru. Food was lukewarm, but still good overall.

Raising canes is always fast, gets my order correct everytime and the food is always good so far. This location does Buy One get One free entrees when you take your receipt from the local low cost animal medical center. 💕 I know I'll be back after each vet visit.
