Finally had the pleasure of eating at this fine establishment for lunch recently. I ordered the Steak and asparagus. I was pleasantly surprised at the portion size. The flavor and tenderness of the steak was on point. I wish I could cook this good. I'm going to start their meal plan next week and have lunch here once a week when I'm in Westchester. I found out about this place thru Kai Green who gets his meals here. I think that says alot about the quality. You wont be disappointed.

This place has the most delicious food that NEVER makes me feel guilty for eating it - the penne w/ garlic and oil is so so delicious and their breakfast options are really tasty too!

I called in an order for pick up and everything was correct so that’s always a plus. I got the eggplant & pasta, my sister got the bison sliders, and I customized a protein shake 💪. The food was good and very clean/healthy. They were able to accommodate my vegan diet and my sister, who is definitely NOT vegan.The staff was young and friendly. If you don’t want super processed, overly seasoned, and greasy food then I totally recommend!
If you want truly healthy takeout, with a transparent menu and no worries about hidden ingredients, this is a great place. My guy got the buffalo chicken wrap, I got the chicken/broccoli entree. Both delicious, with calorie counts included on menu and clear ingredients for tracking (if you’re doing that sort of thing). Promptly delivered too. Will try it again to check out more menu items.
I like their protein drinks. Very friendly people except this one Mexican cashier. She always have her head down, she doesn’t speak or smile or anything. She always makes my shakes wrong. I went in there and she was doing something on the register and I’m standing there and she totally ignores me. They should fire her and get someone more experienced and friendlier
I would have given five stars but the girl working there told me how unorganized the protein was. She just had boxes of the protein with no labels so she couldn’t tell me what was inside. Which left me to believe she did not know what she was putting in everyones shakes. Grass fed, protein amount ? Who knew haha. Anyway the food is excellent and affordable ! Maybe get your protein shakes elsewhere.
Food was delicious and fresh. Great variety, and the young lady at the cashier was super nice and patient with my friend.

I really dont care about taste to much considering i been working out and eating clean for almost 13 years so to me this place is literally unmatched especially since im constantly at work and on the road im going to look into their meal plans nice to see a place that caters to people who dont wanna eat mcdonalds every day
