I utilize the driver seat pickup service at this location a few times a month, mainly because I usually have my young children in the car. We usually have good, timely service. Today, the person who brought our order practically threw it in my son's lap. Based on the positive history, I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt and say he was having a tough day and perhaps was under the pressure of the 2minute clock that starts when you press " I'm here" for a pickup. Restaurant business is NOT easy and people are often under a lot of pressure. The interaction also reminded that I've never given it a review. Having said that, this location, is doing a good job and I expect the usual service next time I go.
the best domino's pizza location, there is just something really great about there pizza ....they get it right all the time......best thin crust......I live in CT and I pick up my pizza from domino's pizza Main Street, New Rochelle before heading home, and staff are really great..every single one
The online app messed up my order, and Saidu (right spelling?) made me another one at no extra cost, in record time, despite the busy time of day. And it tastes great! You've won a loyal customer.
This is by far the best dominos pizza my pizza is always to my liking and if I’ve ever had a problem, they corrected it I watch Tyler make my pizzas and she was super organized, clean and friendly. As a chef. I was extremely impressed. I love this Domino’s. I also want to thank the manager Marie for always being helpful and for great customer service it’s my family‘s favorite Friday night spot for pizza🤗
I ordered a beef and pineapple pizza for delivery. Unfortunately I received a pineapple and bacon pizza. We do not eat pork. I called Dominoes right away, and the manager apologized and sent us the corrected order within 20 minutes. I’ve always been happy with this Dominoes and today was definitely no exception. Thank you!!

This location has been under new management and service has improved.
Even if it's not instructions for the driver, a sticker prints out where you can type "no cut", "no garlic crust," or specify an allergy, something where a button isn't offered when ordering online.
Also, I've been told that the drivers cannot enter certain apartments due to previous injuries or robberies of their drivers as a direct order from the District Manager. Specify, instead, in the delivery instructions if you cannot go downstairs.
When the previous manager ran the store, I ordered a pizza for delivery in Larchmont, NY and received it 4 hours later with the completely wrong order. It was early in the day. I thought they forgot about my order. But now, I can expect to receive it within a half an hour (and considering how far it is from the store, I was impressed). I worked at this location when the new manger started running it for a few months while I took a semester off from College, but I have since moved upstate. The store here is what the comments sound like for this one.

Wow! Super impressed by this location. The pizza was delicious. I ordered a ham and extra cheese pizza and a pepperoni and chicken pizza. Both arrived fresh and hot. They weren’t dry or the slices weren’t cut strangely. Our delivery guy also came to our hotel room to bring us the food, which was a plus. I had been skeptical of ordering dominos because I have had many bad experiences, but this one was the best.
Very good. I read all of the bad reviews, but this dominoes is great. Fast delivery, and most of the people who answer the phone, as well as the drivers are really nice. I've only had one messed up order, and it was just that they forgot the pepperoni on one of my pies.
Quick service. Didn't have to wait a minute over the expected time and when I went in for pick up, the staff was kind and pleasant. My order was done perfectly. No complaints on that end at all.
Around 8 to 12 bucks to mobile order a pickup. Can't beat the price, and decent pizza/size.
