When we asked the place for a hot chocolate he asked him to cool it off because it was for a kid which they didn't. Next time we ask for a hot chocolate again they did not cool off. The people here are nice and very kind.

They try to be quick but what’s the point of being fast if you’re always getting the order wrong. They never put sweeteners or enough milk/creamer in my coffee that I asked for.
