Fantastic place to shop and eat a delicious variety of food, I highly recommend los tacos no. 1 but pack some patience as there’s always a line. I’d definitely return on our next trip to New York.
Totally a hidden gem. Lots of great places to choose from for food!
I was pleasantly surprised at the improvements over the past year.....Visitors now have a place to sit and enjoy the many offerings from a variety of restaurants; all serving up fresh, tasty, artisinal delights. .....While some of the popular shops have downsized, or moved, there are still a lot of rather unique and specialty stores to meet everyone's taste. ... I loved it and thoroughly enjoyed my visit. ..
A wonderful gourmet experience. Awesome shops and eateries. I especially loved the seafood store and it's wonderful lobster bisque. My friend and I enjoyed this experience
Amazing place, good food and very nice stores. A must if you are in New York !
Best variety of food and atmosphere. I reccommend the lobster rolls from The Lobster Place, tacos from Los Tacos No.1, and Takumi spicy fish tacos!
Adoooro o Chelsea....tem lojinhas, comidinhas gente bonita e interessante e depois vc pode caminhar no high line park. E perfeito.
It's an amazing experience. Love the ambiuns. I highly recommend it
Adoro passear no Chelsea Market. Um cantinho charmoso de Nova Iorque. Lá você encontra preciosidades de frutos do mar e uma boa opção de restaurantes descontraídos, além de outras variedades de produtos
Great place, lots of choices for lunch dinner
Loved this place!! So many unique eats...i want to come every day and try something new!! Amazing! A must see in NYC!
3 hours walking and the High Line. Now enjoying a glass of Rose in Chelsea market
Nestled within the Chelsea Market, this is a fun restaurant to enjoy seafood. We were a party of 7 and they made the effort to accommodate us, in spite of the place being full. Service was great. Food delicious. And the atmosphere is fun and festive, permeated by its location within the very busy and popular Market.
Went for happy hour on Friday and it was busy! Had to wait 30 minutes to get a seat but happy we did. Half off oysters and $10 glasses of wine can’t be beat. Oysters were very fresh and got to try many east coast and a few west coast. Service was friendly and attentive.
The best oysters we've had in a long, long time! Pretty busy place, felt bad that the only bartender was obviously over- worked, but she made us feel taken care of. Will definitely be back! My girlfriend about the bread rolls!!
I went for a drink and some oysters, and the experience did not disappoint! It was a Monday after happy hour, so it was a bit slow. My server was Nataly, and she was super awesome. The entire staff is very attentive and available for questions and/or suggestions. I had a margarita ,raw oyster, fried oyster appetizer, and bread.
Everything was super fresh and delicious, I look forward to coming back and having dinner.
The best seafood boil I’ve had in America. There were like 8 different types of oysters and the waiter recommended the one I wanted. Sweet and good. Not fishy at all. The seafood boil was amazing with a reasonable price. The lobster in it was quiet good quality. Muscles were countless and good. Shrimps were also remarkable. I wasn’t expecting such good seafood but it was a really nice surprise. 10/10.
I really enjoyed this restaurant. I came here for restaurant week. The waitress was very friendly and helpful, helping my mom and I figure out what wine to drink. For appetizers, I got clam chowder and my mom got oysters. The clam chowder was creamy and flavorful. I did burn my tongue a little so be careful. My mom enjoyed here oysters, which according to her were fresh. For entrees I got linguine and clams and my mom got the grilled Spanish octopus. We both really enjoyed our dishes. I found the the noodles to be cooked well in a nice seasoned broth. The clams were also good as well. My mom found the octopus to be cooked and seasoned perfectly. Finally for dessert I got the key lime pie and my mom got the banana pudding. I found the pie to be delicious, jammed packed with lime flavor. My mom enjoyed her banana pudding, saying it was the perfect amount of sweetness. The atmosphere of the restaurant is great. It wasn’t too loud so you can actually have a conversation. I would definitely recommend and I definitely plan to go back.
Love, love, love this place. Great option for super fresh seafood. AND a good opportunity to try something new if you’ve never had sea urchin!
My biggest ask to the restaurant- It would be even better if there were some more explicitly gluten free options- some gf carbs on the menu would have incentivized me to drink more than I felt comfortable with only the raw bar in my stomach.
Absolutely loved this place! So good! The rolls are small but melt in your mouth with amazing flavor! Best of all...the banana pudding dessert. That says a lot because seafood is hard to beat, especially at this place! Highly recommend! Make reservations! Very busy and small venue.
Came here randomly for lunch Sunday—luckily there was availability so we grabbed two seats at the bar. Our bartender Teresa was awesome—friendly, attentive and made really great cocktails!
Food and drinks were great!! Started off with Raw Oyster and tried the Oyster Shooter which was interesting—the oyster was laid on top the shot glass and had bacon pieces! Really enjoyed the Linguine & Clams and the Connecticut Lobster Roll (warm style)—would recommend those. And to splurge a bit, we got the Siberian Sturgeon Caviar ($78)—OMG it was delicious! Our cocktails were great too!
Love this place! Enjoyed fabulous oysters, shrimp, and out-of-this-world scallops. A shame that plastic cups are used, but was glad the plates were biodegradable. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!
