This place is one of my best little places in NYC. Keeping in mind its standards.
The food is really good, drinks are pretty big, well balanced and good price. I absolutely go there every two weeks.
Usually take the steak nachos, and tamales.
I recommend this place if you want to have a casual ev
Found this place as it’s close to my hotel and wanted to try Mexican food . Based on reviews I figured it should be a good spot and it was . Easy to locate as its on the corner of the street and very bright from outside . It was quite busy even for a Wednesday night , the server told me I can sit on
Food is ok, maybe because I ordered what I usually eat around Queens. Service is good, always there to serve water and ask if we needed something. The place is awesome, the colors inside are popping.
Good food. Sumptuous dishes. Relatively ok service. Good sized portions. A salty. Dony get the nachos it'll stuff you up before dinner!
Stopped here on the advice of friends who lived nearby, and frequented often. Food was very good to excellent. Atmosphere was nice, but typically crowded per the norm in Manhattan. Service was very good. visited for lunch and would definitely return.
Great place for some delicious tacos and burritos! Got a bit loud with a busy crowd but the food was awesome and the service was fast and friendly, definitely give it a shot!
Had a delicious meal here and sat outside on the street as the temperature was nice on an October evening! Our server was very good and helpful, suggesting options for us and he resolved an issue right away that we had when something accidentally and weirdly got in our food from the kitchen - a labe
Food is always great, drinks are always delicious too. One of my favorite Mexican places around, would recommend!
Such a pleasant surprise when we were looking for a place to eat. Cozy and inviting, the margaritas were on point and the food and service were exceptional. Our waiter was highly attentive, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. We will definitely be back!!
We ended up here while walking in the area m, trying to find where and what to eat. I saw they had Chilaquiles and marched our way to them right away, after giving them a call.
We were greeted by a extremely cordial waiter, that I can't sadly remember his name and luckily he was our waiter for the
Great portion size for the price! $15 for a veggie burrito so big I couldn’t hold it. I suggest taking some home. Too much for one meal if you want to stay light on your feet. Fantastic quality! And remember: always choose veggies
Great bang for your buck! I have been a couple of times and have not been disappointed. The guava Serrano cocktail is delicious! Great portion of chips for the guacamole too. Really enjoy the roasted salsa as well.
This is one of our favourites whenever we visit NYC. Never disappoints. Start with shared nachos. Chilaquiles are brilliant. Tacos were great, but small, so order heaps
Delicious food. Had a skirt steak burrito. The steak was juicy and tasty, very generous portion of veggies as seem in pictures below.
My server, Chris is very nice, explained the menu to me and checked with me how was the food. Very good service!
food was very good. we got chips, guac and salsa to share and my entree was steak fajitas. everything was delish. Service was great and not rushed. The drinks were amazinggggg. I got the mango margarita and the coconut margarita, SO GOOD. would definitely return.
This was the first restaurant I ate at during my NYC trip and the staff here were so nice – no one else even came close to how kind they were throughout the entire trip. PLUS the food was also great – the portions were big and they were generous on the ingredients they used :)
It was good. First food stop on my trip in New York. Was taken here by co-workers. The food is very good. Little on the foodie side, but very good. The margarita was strong...not complaining. The seating area is tight, but it's NY and from what I've seen everything is tight. Definitely would visit a
This is absolutely the best burrito I’ve had in my life. And i’ve had a lot of burritos. I’ve tried at least 7 mexican restaurants in Hell’s Kitchen with my Colombian friend. No question.
I’ve been going to El Centro for over year now. I get the Oaxacueno Burrito every time (still can’t spell it).
Honestly stopped in to use the bathroom, but the food smelled really good and the ambiance looked lovely. I looked up the restaurant on google and the reviews were great! I was with my mom and sister’s boyfriend, and we decided to get the grilled veggie nachos with the sour cream on the side - it wa
