This was an amazing place to grab an afternoon snack! Thy had so many sauce combination and all of the staff were offering samples and trying to help guests pick the best combo for their taste palette. The food was fresh and hot. We happened to find it on a Facebook video and I’m so glad we decided to stop in and give it a try. I highly recommend the Mexican ketchup. It will change your life!
My three-year-old is up obsessed with french fries. I couldn't have picked a better place. The french fries are large, crunchy, and delicious! To top that off, the sauces are ridiculous. We had melted cheddar, blue cheese, wasabi mayo, ketchup, Mexican ketchup, Thai peanut butter, and mango chutney… We were in heaven. I can't wait to go back !!:)
Went to Pomme Frites NYC after seeing FB post. Tried a trio of pesto, garlic and roasted tomato dips - so difficult to pick my favourite! Fries were hot and freshly cooked - amazing! Loved the whole concept! �

Excellent indulgence, superior frites, and a true NYC experience. The sauces and options are many, the frites are true boardwalk fries with great flavor and texture. The restaurant is very small - handful of tables at which to sit and enjoy. We were forced to eat outside, however, because a party of about 15 people occupied the seats for a birthday party. Frankly, I think holding tables like this for long periods of time is a disservice to the proprietors and others wishing to share in this experience. Didn't take away from the fact that this was well worth the trip and inconvenience perpetuated by others. Five stars!

I remember when I first went here 4 years ago at their old location. It was the best French fries I ever had and their sauces were delightful. 4 years later and they're still just as good . So glad I got to visit again. Can you guys build a location in Tampa Florida ? 😊

To say these are the best french fries you'll ever eat is an understatement. The relocated Pommes Frites is an institution of late night snack indulgence that can be enjoyed at any time.

Only thing, can someone please label or mark the sauces containers with a sharpie so we know what we are eating. They let you get a variety of sauces but it's a mystery once you start eating.
Other than that... The place is cozy and intimate. The fries are perfect.

This place is the real deal! I lived in Belgium for several years and these Frites are exactly as I remembered! Delicious! Love the new location, and the staff is very friendly. Take my advice, and walk a little bit to get there so you have an appetite!
This place provides the experience one needs to escape the realities of life. Once your tucked in and ready to indulge your taste buds with some authentic fries, time ceases to be.
Loved everything about this place. The fries were perfect, the sauce was delicious, the decor was impeccable. Even though it was tiny & constantly busy, the line moved quickly and with pleasant service.
A great restaurant that sells authentic Belgium fries while also having an ancient medieval atmosphere. The cashier was great and gave a plethora of sauces as samples, there were so many great sauces but certain sauces stood out more than others.
After getting the fresh fries inside a cone, I sat down at the table and placed the cone into a cone holder. The fries were perfect thickness, perfect crispness, and salted just right. The sauces and medieval atmosphere made dining in a memorable experience. Would definitely recommend!

These are high quality fries, it's surprising they can take something so mundane and make it special. There's a bathroom too which I appreciate 😉, there's another sink to wash your hands to the right of the front counter. . .

I LOVE fries! And these fries are one of the best in the city! Hands down. They are basically a meal replacement when it comes to what size you get. A regular is enough for two people and it’s so true! Big smoothie cup, it was a good time!
Cozy spot with delicious and authentic frites. The sauce selection is abundant and looks amazing and I bet very high quality. I got the poutine which is true to the Canadian way and tasted great. A bit pricey but if you love frites these are probably the best place to go for them in NYC.
Cool little place with the best dang fries on the planet! The sauces were good but I didn't even need them to enjoy the French Fries the beer wasn't bad either!
Love these fries! I tried a few different sauces and didn’t really like them. Ended up going with classic ketchup but I appreciate that they have so many options. It’s next to all the bars so it’s a good snack between drinks or to end the night. The people were very nice. It took a while and there was minimal seating, but great other than that!
This is my favorite spot in New York for fries. They are just as good as the ones I've had in Belgium. There are so many different sauces to choose from, which are a hit-or-miss depending on personal preference. I loved the Mexican Ketchup the most, followed by Especial. I wish I could try every sauce on the menu. Maybe over time!
fries are delicious but too salty. there is a tablet outside of it to order. you can order there and then grab inside. it is a tiny place inside
Excellent place for some Belgian fries! Truffle Frites are really seasoned well and good if you have the extra money. They got soo many sauces layed out to choose from. Sweet Mango Chutney is highly recommended! The fries come in Regular, Large, and Double. I had sauces that were Pomegranate Teriyaki Mayo, Sweet Mango Chutney, and Rosemary Garlic Mayo. All great sauces! Seating is limited so its mostly grab and go. The people serving are nice and friendly!
Loved checking this place out! The decor is fun and unique, and the fries are really tasty! They offer free samples of the dipping sauces which is really nice! I personally got the black truffle Mayo by suggestion of the cashier and it did not disappoint!
Place to go for authentic Belgian fries. The taste was delicious and the ambience was medieval. Must try.
Always a family favorite. The fries are fantastic by themselves l, but get some of the sauces and you’ll be astonished at how amazing they really are.
It’s super small so don’t go in with thoughts of hanging out and looking around. Get what you want and get out, lines build quickly with just small groups hanging out.
Take the fries down to Washington Square Park and see all the fun craziness it has to offer.
I tried the "warm Irish curry" and the "bordeaux wine, figs & sage" sauces with the fries; soooooo good. I'll will go again if I come back to NY again, you have to come if you love the fries❤️❤️❤️
This is one of my favorite spots in NYC. I'm glad I made the trip out there before I left. The fries are cooked perfectly crisp. I love how they give you samples of sauces to try before picking your line up. The staff is super friendly and polite and the atmosphere is an awesome casual chill hipster hole in the wall hangout.
There are sooo many sauces to choose from!! They will give you a few fries and a plate with different samples to try to make sure you get one you really like. Be aware that the portions are way bigger than you think! Amazing place!
