Great atmosphere delicious food very very friendly staff great wine high-quality food. If you’re looking for high-quality food and you get what you pay for. Had the lobster and the beef tenderloin. Stayed late and did not feel rushed out at all.
Classy restaurant, nice ambiance and beautiful booths for group dinner. We had the Sweet Pea Soup, Market Heirloom Tomato Salad, Perry St Fried Chicken and Duck Breast, food was delish. And for dessert you need to try the Chocolate Pudding.
What a wonderful experience! The restaurant is lovely and Henry was the most attentive and pleasant server and made our dining experience memorable. Our food was absolutely delicious and I can’t say enough about the freshness and the flavors! Everything we had was simply amazing! We will definitely visit again when we return to NYC!
Nice restaurant love the atmosphere. Came for a "boy's dinner," and they seemed impressed immediately. Sat us at a table that was super close to other tables which we didn't mind, but given the nature of our dinner and volume of conversation, I'm sure someone next to us wasn't thrilled. Old fashioned was good, but bourbon selection was better. Crab dumplings were tasty and good portion size but lacked in complexity of flavor. The truffle brie was phenomenal and perfect to share for the table. Tuna burger looked good, but the fries looked store bought. Filet was cooked properly. Duck was cooked perfectly, but portion wise was a little lack luster. Dessert was okay. Molten cake is always a safe bet, but nothing special. The apple pie dessert isn't made in-house. The chocolate pudding was kind of one noted. Wish it had a little more complexity. All in all, this is a solid restaurant, especially if you're staying in the area
Great dinner, nice service, felt like a good spot for a fancy work dinner. Steak and dumplings were amazing, crudo only okay
Had brunch at Perry Street today. We ordered cappuccinos and Pancakes and Pasta dish for our brunch entrees. Pasta was delicious and we enjoyed it. The pancakes had an issue with the batter and we had to return it as they were gooey instead of fluffy. The manager was nice enough to get the chef to remake the batter and served us a new plate with the issue fixed and did not charge us either. Excellent service and food and they went above and beyond to keep us as happy customers. Will be back.
Absolutely loved this place! We went there for dinner and ordered duck, fried chicken and tuna appetizer to share. Definitely recommend!
Amazing ambiance on a peaceful street by the west side highway. Classy restaurant, great for dates or work dinners. I had the fried chicken and lobster for my mains - both were delish. The fried chicken doesn’t beat southern fried chicken, though. You must try the chocolate pudding!
Orrechietti was fantastic, extremely different, and I highly recommend if you are on the adventurous side. It's not a normal pasta dish. Duck was very good but, knife provided was horrible. They need to switch to a steak knife rather than what was basically a butter knife. (Not serrated knife) drinks were good. Staff were truly a pleasure. I appreciate the small talk from the host while bringing us to our table, it was extremely welcoming. I would happy enjoy another meal at this restaurant.
Romantic, refined contemporary American cuisine in a quiet spot overlooking the West Side Highway.
I’ve been to Perry St twice, 4 years apart and both times for anniversaries. It has excelled on both occasions!
When I returned this year, the staff gave complimentary champagne and dessert. And the food was better than ever!!
The burrata and chicken entree stole the show, but everything on the menu was delicious! Previously did the prix fixe, which also delighted.
Very classy spot with excellent service! Highly recommended!!
Phenomenal experience, I decided to try a new place to celebrate our Anniversary. I booked my reservation through Resy and noted what we were going to celebrate. From the greeting all the way to the dessert it was unique. The staff genuinely was happy to take care of us, the host must be one of the highlights I have to say. Never met a host so alive and warm welcoming. Another main highlight was the service and of course the food. Thinking about giving this place a try? Make sure to make a reservation and ask for Henry! Trust me he made the overall experience incredible. Me and my fiancee will be coming back soon to give other plates a try. When it comes to the food the portion and flavor can't be more precise. You get what you pay for, I used to work in the industry and I have to say I was very satisfied with everything overall. I've been at a good amount of restaurants but I might have to put Perry St. as my number 1. Can't wait to visit you guys again!
Pretty good reinterpretation of high end but in a little less tight up environment and with an Asian twist. The food is very good but not amazing. The atmosphere is great though.
Consistently good quality food and service. Serene and lovely room. They used to have a great lunch menu, good deals, but doesn’t seem to be there now.
Update July 2020: had a birthday dinner on the terrace outside because of the pandemic and they had good precautions in place and the service was quite good, food was tasty as always. It was a little noisy eating next to the highway every time the light turned green, LOL. I think everybody enjoyed their meals quite a lot. Strawberry shortcake was a little dry to my taste.
Great outdoor setup with a breeze on a scorching day. The rice cracker crusted tuna is a must. The summer peach and tomato salads were perfect for the hot day. Burger was good.
Delicious food, amazing ambience and very friendly staff - I was a huge fan of the lobster and the tuna tartare. The desserts were fantastic. It s a really cozy and chic spot for brunch or even date night. Will definitely be back!
Probably on the pricey end, but what an excellent lunch menu. My friend told me that the fried chicken here is exactly the same as the one served in Jean-George’s main restaurant.
We went for lunch on a Sunday, and you can order from the short brunch selection or a $36 set menu (starter + main + dessert).
Reservations suggested. It’s off the beaten path, but the restaurant was quite during a torrential downpour!
Really tasty, amazing service and the location is also pretty cool. Make sure you walk along the river if you can.
We tried the tasting menu with the wine pairing and everything including the service was superb! The ambience was lovely. My favorite dish was actually the complimentary appetizer, foie gras on toast with caramelized sugar and passion fruit sauce. The dishes were innovative and delicious. We definitely plan on returning!
