We have eaten at Faces & Names many times over the years. This is one of the best pub/lounge atmospheres in Midtown Manhattan. It has a nice mix of both, with the bar area in the front and the lounge towards the back. The service has always been good, the food is solid, and the pricing for the area
A lot bigger inside than it looks from the outside . Good crowd and even better bartender , Matthew . He works his tail off and no one has to has to wait long to be greeted or served . Went for an afternoon drink and some appetizers. The place is calm and nice at least the time we went. The bartender and the waiter were very nice! They had a special on Rosè so had to take that. Cheese balls were great tasting with the sauce. I am surprised I liked the mustard with the pretzel bite

Decent Irish pub. No frills. Fun and not super touristy for midtown. Recommend for a local spot to bring visitors/family or pre-dinner drinks!
A little away from the craziness of Time Square on W. 54th St. & 7th Ave., this bar opens late, kitchen closes at 2am, bar at 4am! Friendly bar staff; mini chicken tacos & pretzel bits are excellent munchies; in/outdoor seating; definitely worth a visit 👍

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! We were just walking around looking for a good spot and came across Faces and Names- Could not be more impressed. The food is INCREDIBLE!!!!!! Marizta was our amazing hostess and Simba was such incredible server. 11/10 RECOMMEND!

Nice decor. Friendly staff. Their mini tacos are perfect for an appetizer. Would’ve given 5 stars if they had a wider selection of beers. Overall good experience. Ideal for a quick drink. 🍻
This bar was actually a pleasant surprise. The environment was nice. The food was tasty- I had the mini chicken tacos and my husband had the burger. Yum. Also the prices were less than most places in Midtown which is a plus.
Food was good- friend and I got the dumplings and a quesadilla, but I think they may be understaffed. Even though they weren’t super busy, It took a while to get our orders and to get water because there was one person doing everything. Nice vibe though
I love faces and names! Been coming here for years & always have an amazing time. Food is delicious, the wings and mini tacos are my go too! Drinks! Full bar with lovely bartenders, ask for Maritza if you are celebrating anything she’ll make it a wonderful time, the bathrooms are also super clean!!!
I love NYC. Dont live here but visited and we were at this bar alot. Cool bartenders and vibe. Very different from the cali bars. Awesome its still there. Will visit when i return to NY.
After an awful experience at a local bar a group of friends and I stumbled upon this place. There was plenty of space for the six of us with a more mature setting but didn't feel geriatric. The bar tender was very welcoming.

They renovated the place, and I loved it, I haven't been there in a while, but I will definitely come back now. Try burger and curly fries, and Sam seasonal. they are perfect together
