After being disappointed in everything that was closed in Chelsea Market - we were happy to find this place in the basement and it's worth checking out - had the hamburger and a hot dog - really good fresh tasting food - give it a try.
Awesome Vibe. Drinks were delicious and reasonable. Staff super cool. Shout out to Zac who is an amazing bartender as well as photographer.
Perfect burger and meats to taste. Tasty smell is calling you to find a seat and make order. Extremely friendly and playful staffs. Cleanliness kitchen and cooking area. Really enjoyed our pulled pork sandwiches. The rolls were super fresh and the meat was cooked damn near perfect. Definitely check them out at Chelsea Market and leave the boring places behind you.
as you would expect, the meat is gooooood. we especially loved our steak. cooking and taste were perfect.

This is one of the vendors we stopped at during our visit to Chelsea Market, and I’m so glad we came here! Their meat is truly a level above most places. The 8 oz butcher’s cut with chimichurri was so flavorful and cooked to a perfect medium rare. Loved the smash burger, and the hot dog was fantasti
What you’d expect from a butcher shop. Hot dogs with a perfect blend of meat and a snap when you bite into them. The chili dog was tasty. The Mac and Cheese was the surprise hit. Plenty of tables for seating. It’s a nice find in the basement of Chelsea Market.
We stopped here for some lunch after a walk along the high line, the food came out quickly, was a good size and very tasty. Their beers were also nice and refreshing.
Delicious bite to grab whilst in Chelsea Market! Steaks and fries were cooked perfectly and served with great accoutrements. The steak tartare was delicious and so cheap at $8 (from memory).

Despite the fact they don’t respect the happy hour prices for the beer, and sell it at full price, the food was awesome. We had two burgers, and both of them were very good.
Risk it for the brisket
Well you’re not really risking anything by stopping at @eatmeaty at the @chelseamarketny because the entire menu is amazing!

Fantastic dried meats! We tried the salumi board and their IPA on tap. The server was friendly and explained to us the different varieties of meats they had.

Srsly..The best rotisserie chicken in NYC hands down! The flavor of the poultry they source is like no other !! Dicksons special seasoning is a perfect compliment! I use every inch of the juiciest tender meat and then make a batch of bone broth from it !
Now i am a huge burger fan, these has got to be one of the best ive tried in new york. Dickson’s is located inside the famous chelsea market on 8th steet. They also have a variety of types of meats
Excellent place, service, FOOD & atmosphere! If you ever come to the Chelsea Market you have to visit them. Forget about their hot dogs (which are great BTW) you have to try their amazing Rotisserie Chicken, exquisite Mac&Cheese and their delicious Duck Fat Roasted Potatoes! Definitely coming back!!
