Absolutely wonderful and lively neighborhood restaurant. Everything flowed perfectly as a small packed restaurant should on a Friday night. The staff was great and never once had to call for their attention. The food portions were massively delicious. Stay for desert. We had no regrets about this pl
I've come 3 times over the last few years as I live in PA and don't get to the city often. This place has blown me away every time. It's expensive but it is worth it. Every single dish, from the fresh bread and butter to the decadent chocolate cake will make you glad you came. For appetizers, I reco
What a special place!
I made this reservation for my girlfriends who were visiting. The table we were waiting for was running behind and they kindly gave us each a free glass of wine.
The atmosphere is fantastic. Intimate and friendly. The waiters are so attentive to the little needs and were extrem
We were delighted by everything at our dinner last night. The welcome was sweet, the food excellent, the choices wonderful and the vibe terrific. We agreed it was better than most bistro meals we've had in Paris. I highly recommend the bouillabaisse and cassoulet.
We went for brunch which was delicious. We would definitely return for dinner. Looking forward to that experience.
We were a party of 8. We took up an entire section of this cute and quaint little place. They had a large selection of specials that were not on the menu that our server explained to us. We ordered wine, starters, mains and dessert with coffee. Everything was great. The escargot is amazing. I had ri
Favorite Village dining experience. So intimate and friendly service. We love Pamela the owner and her wait staff. Food is delicious and always cooked perfectly. Those crab cakes are amazing.
Beautifully designed French interior with classic French dishes prepared en pointe. C'est magnifique. Don't miss the crab cakes - they are one of the best secrets in NYC, and if they have the lamb fête, don't miss it. They have lovely soups and desserts as well. One of my favorite places in the Ci
Quaint little French eatery. Classic dishes well executed. Green salad was truly wonderful. Group had Bouillabaisse, lamb shoulder, cassoulet, and Beef bourguignon. All were memorable. Service was attentive.
Overall we had a wonderful experience and the food was phenomenal. Only feedback were the fries with the steak could have been a little more done as they were more roasted than fried.
Service was great and we enjoyed the intimate space and feel.
The duck was absolutely delicious and so was the crème brûlée. Good selection of wine and good service. The atmosphere is simple but the food makes up for it and is very well priced given quality.
Great service. We were very well taken care of by Derek and staff. Cozy and fantastic food and wine.
Love the green salad and the beef stew.
This is my new "favorite French place". It is really tiny with very authentic atmosphere of French Street Cafe, even the building where it located is dated probably back to 19th century. And that is a limitation if you planning to have a dinner with a large group of people. But this is the only dow
Fantastic romantic French restaurant with amazing food, wonderful service, and a cozy atmosphere. Perfect for a date or intimate celebration. Highly, highly recommended!
We started off our meal with oysters and the crab cake. Both were incredible, they even gave us extra oysters. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the wine list and best pairings. For our mains we ordered the beef bourguignon and bouillabaisse. It was one of the best meals I’ve had in the city,
We happened to stay next to this lovely restaurant and we gave a shot. We really enjoyed it, and each dish that was recommended by the .very nice waiter was superb.
We recommend it without any doughbt. Hope you enjoy it as us
