Went with my four year old for an early dinner and we were treated like royalty... food is always great but our waitress dee and the manager Kirsten took it to another level with killer service... so solicitous...

The ambiance of the faces on the walls was interesting and unique. Our server was kind, helpful, though a little brusque. We sat in a booth. My mojito was alright but not near the best one I’ve had. The prosciutto dish was delicious except for the green olives, those were not good. For my main entree, the center cut was very good, flavorful, balanced. The black truffle butter was a great added touch. It was the best part of the meal. For dessert we ordered the cheesecake. It was very smooth and wonderful, a nice end to dinner. Their coffee was also pleasant to drink along with it. Overall, a nice steakhouse that didn’t quite meet perfection but did the job.

Fresh, perfectly cooked and seasoned dishes and excellent customer service. We ordered steak, lobsters, spinach and potatoes for late lunch. Lobster is fresh, sweet and tasty.

Great holiday meal at the Palm. Outstanding service, super friendly wait staff - can’t do enough for you. Usual excellent Palm food quality and presentation. Chicken Parm is outstanding here. Luck to get a table on short notice maybe because we came at theater start time. Great experience!

Everything about this place is amazing. Great location and food is one of the best. This is my go to Steak House / American Restaurant. Always a good time with kind staff, and amazing food. A little on the pricey side but way way worth it

One of our favorite steakhouses in NYC, the Palm West is a great place to go before or after a show. The Palm also has a great pre-fixe lunch menu, the atmosphere and service has also been outstanding and I have been here many times. The group of bartenders on staff are excellent! Highly recommend this Palm location.

Very very good. Classy steakhouse. Great staff. Amazing caricatures on the walls everywhere. Est in 1926. They have a lot of history. It was across the street from the Gershwin theater. Great meal ticket with Wicked. The bar was packed. Steak was perfect. Salmon was perfect. Cheesecake was wonderful. I recommend!

I took my son for a celebration lunch at The Palm and they did not disappoint! I had called ahead to see if we could have the lobster special for lunch to celebrate my son’s promotion and was assured we could. When we arrived and were seated, there were “Congrats” scattered across the table with a small note congratulating him as well - he gave me a big smile and thanked me (thinking I did that:) The lobster was AMAZING, the appetizers and desserts equally good, and made a great memory for both of us! Thank you Alex and the Palm staff for making this so special!

The food and service were amazing. The restaurant is very crowded & loud which makes conversation difficult. However, if you want great food, this is the place to go. Just be prepared to talk loudly or just eat quietly and enjoy yourself. Lol

Visited the Palm last night for their special prime rib dinner. It was fabulous.the Prime Rib was cooked to perfection and the sides were awesome. The Saturday night team was fabulous. Haven’t seen anything like that since Albino from 2nd Avenue Palm. From the moment we entered the host Alex and Liam were so professionally and made sure we sat we would we be most comfortable. Our server is the best Besit. And the managers Danielle Aysun Josh and Brian run a fabulous restaurant, I needed to mention the staff because they make the Palm excel. Thanks we will be back. Please keep doing the specials.

Had dinner here one night before moulin rouge the musical. The table setting and dining room was elegant. Truly a great place to catch a meal just before a show.

I was very impressed with dinner last night. We had a private room for 12 people and exceptional service. Dinner was compromised of all the NYC Steak house classics. Location is perfect for a trip into the city via Train.

A very nice place with great food. A bit noisy, but we sat along a wall and we could converse. We went as part of my surprise 30th wedding anniversary trip from FL for my wife. It was a suggested partner restaurant on a Broadway show's web site. There seemed to be a lot of birthdays happening there that night -- so, I assume it is a "great for special occasions" restaurant. The food portions were plentiful, served perfectly warm and we had attentive servers. The food was excellent by any standards. Not a single problem and I would recommend the Palm anytime. It's not a cheap or moderately expensive place, but a high-level place of quality with high cost. About $250 for us both, but we ate very well...even had to doggy-bag some leftovers back to the hotel for breakfast.
