I never had jerk fries before so this was definitely a first. I wasn’t hungry but still managed to completely destroy my hamburger. They had some jazz event that was pretty cool. I’d definitely come back to try more things on the menu.
I thoroughly enjoyed the burger and fries at Harlem Shake. Despite a bit of a wait due to the New York City Marathon going on around the same time—the meal was well worth it. The food was delicious, well-cooked, and incredibly satisfying.
I've been here a handful of times. Always a great experience. Tonight there was (what I assume) was security. Dressed very well, unassuming, and very friendly. Standing by one of the doors. Just keeping an eye on everything. He was helping people with menus and seating. Always smiling.

Best Smashed burger and Shakes we tried in NYC, the Harlem classic is just delicious. Give a try to the Oreo and Mocha shakes they are very good too. If you like spicy taste the Hot mess is very good. They offer a variety of fries. For us the best are the Jerk Fries.
