I was a bit hesitant to eat here due to a few bad reviews but I was VERY impressed. The sweet potato fries were the perfect crispiness and were so sweet. Definitely the best sweet potato fries I’ve ever had. I also had the buffalo chicken sandwich and it was super tasty as well. Of course it’s expensive but nothing more than any other New York restaurant. Definitely stop here if in Chelsea’s Market.

Creamline is a must-visit in Chelsea Market! Their Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was crispy and flavorful. I also tried their seasonal spiked Peppermint shake which was DELISH! Owner/manager Nick was exceedingly hospitable. Great spot all around.

As the (only?) burger place in Chelsea Market, Creamline brings locally sourced ingredients to the typical burger joint. Solid option, clean-tasting for fast food.

The best burgers! The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich is my favourite! Crispy, sweet breading and a compact piece of meat. Sweet and salty sauce. I love it! In addition, a nice guy serving me. Funny.

Wow! What a place for burgers, fries and milkshakes. Food is super fresh and tasty. Staff all friendly, warm and welcoming. I had the “Loaded” cheeseburger with the waffle fries which came with a warm cheese salsa sauce for dipping which was amazing. The “Two Cookies” Milkshake was also thick, creamy and delicious. Highly recommended on your next visit to Chelsea Market in NYC! Update: Sunday, March 27, 2022: Took my students on a class trip to the city and we went to Creamline for lunch. All associates, especially Zakuda the manager could not have been kinder, patient, more welcoming and helpful. Zakuda even came around from table to table to make sure everything was alright and thanked us for coming. Next time you visit Chelsea Market, you absolutely must dine at Creamline. Excellent food and outstanding service. Update: Sunday, November 5, 2023: Went to Creamline on a class trip again and everyone in staff was super professional and helpful. Dory at the counter handling everyone’s ordering was super amazing and did a phenomenal job. Dory is a great ambassador for Creamline. Thank you for exceptional customer service and making sure all of my students felt welcome.

It's a diner that serves American favorite foods. It is delicious. I got a double cheeseburger that tasted like my childhood. I had some of the fillingness waffle fries. They were a meal by themselves. I loved this experience. It is really busy but the food comes out quickly. Nothing fussy, just good food.

Went for this cause it was pretty affordable. The shakes must be good with a name like Creamline. They also serve shakes mixed with booze. But I think it's better to consume dairy and alcohol separately unless we're talking about traditional Mongolian fermented mare's milk. I skipped out on milkshakes for this trip. Went for a buffalo chicken sandwich and it was pretty good. Came covered in buffalo sauce and topped with ranch sauce and pickles. Fried Chicken was fresh, hot, and, tender. This can definitely hold its own against mainstream chicken. 8/10.

Classic American food is comfort food for me and that is exactly what Creamline is all about: American classics. The loaded cheeseburger, containing beer cheese with bacon and onion jam is delicious, but I must say, it is a bit pricey. Their waffle fries are also great with the right amount of crunch, but also a bit too expensive in my opinion as far as fries go. They have a concise collection of other good American eats as well as milkshakes. A good spot to check out if you’re in Chelsea Market and you’re craving the classics.

A great place to eat in Chelsea Market! The burger is delicious, as are the fries and shakes. Seating is decent considering the area, but you can also get food to go. Pricing is decent - the level of food is definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend eating here if you're in the area!

small shop, but it stays open a bit longer than the neighboring businesses in the Chelsea Market, which totally saved us since we weren't from the area. we got the classic burger and shake. i had the honey butter chicken sandwich, and it was massive, fresh, and utterly delicious. It's definitely worth the price. the milkshakes, however, are to die for. especially the two cookies milkshake.

I had the "Cheeseburges Sliders (3 pieces)", for $16 and I have to admit, they were really good! Maybe the price for 3 mini sandwiches is a bit excessive, as they don't fill up much, but they are definitely a great snack. Absolutely recommended, must try!

Creamline at Chelsea Market. Nice place, restaurant is clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is a veggie burger which was good. French fries with cheese was ok, not my favorite. It’s not overpriced. You can order to go but location there is plenty of seats available.

So crowded every time I go here. In love with the chicken tenders. It was still hot when we were served. The outside was super crunchy and the chicken was juicy. I love the cheese burger. The buns smelled buttery and came with sesame seeds on the top. Show your vaxx card to dine in.
