Truly amazing food, atmosphere, and staff! My husband and I like to travel, and consider ourselves foodies, but this was hands down one of the best meals we have ever eaten. Everything was perfectly paired, both texturally and with flavors. I savored every single bite and ingredient. On top of the delicious food, the staff brought us a thoughtful dessert for our anniversary and the manager, Tina, was so welcoming and friendly, we can’t wait to go back on our next trip to NYC.

A classic top of the line NYC restaurant!!!!! Great for pre-theatre regular dinner or after dinner drinks with a great bar scene. You never know which celebrities , musicians, athletes and politicians you will run into - well worth it on all levels.

We started off a little uncertain, due to the fact that our reservation was at 9pm for six. By 9:20 We were still waiting and having drinks in the bar. They started to comp our drinks. Another 20 minutes went by.....yes we were disappointed. The manager came over to apologize. He offered all appetizers and desserts free. Let's just say it was worth the wait....The food was amazing. Our waiter Matthew was perfect. I will go back. I highly recommend this restaurant......

Great atmosphere, upscale- chic! Wonderful food. Had the Lobster and Caviar Gnocchi. Coctails are great, and the bartender Justin and GM JP are wonderful. Add this stop to your list when in NYC!

July 2023: Enjoyed a delicious dinner before we saw a Broadway show. We were here for restaurant week where we got a prix fixe dinner for $60. Quite a good deal! I started out with a draft beer, Almost Famous, from Torch and Crown. 👍 For my starter, I had the sesame crusted tuna with crackers. This was tasty. For my main, I had the miso salmon on a bed of edamame 🫛 mash. The fish 🐠 was cooked perfectly. Got a nice sear on one side. For my dessert, I had the shortcake with lemon ice cream. This was a great way to end the meal! The restaurant is elegant. Service was very friendly and attentive. I would definitely come back again for more delicious food!

Really enjoyed our waitress — she was very chatty and friendly! Very cool, upscale vibes but a little sad to see that it wasn’t busy at 7pm on a Friday. Participated in Restaurant Week menu so we had the tuna and stuffed mushrooms, beef tornadoes and salmon, and the blueberry shortcake. All the food was delish and the kitchen sent out complimentary asparagus and mashed potatoes. My fav thing was actually the popovers — so yummy!

Went with my wife and a friend on July 21. They both ordered filet mignon with mashed potatoes(extraordinary taste). I ordered french onion soup(very well prepared with gruyère), and scallops with a side serving of fried brussel sprouts and bacon. My scallops were large, tender, and juicy. The brussel sprouts were tasty. As for the filet mignons, in the opinion of my wife and her friend, tasted good, especially with the chimichurri sauce. We all shared a carrot cake. My wife's friend had Pinot Noir, and my wife had Riesling. The latter, which I tasted, was excellent. As for the service, the employees were attentive to all our needs. The ambiance was quiet, and the lighting breathed calm. The place is expensive. However, if you want an excellent dining experience, you can not go wrong with this restaurant.

The lights, mirrors and the dim lighting around the restaurant made it a very enjoyable atmosphere. I got mac and cheese and the tater tots. The vegetarian mac and cheese was delicious and cheesy but the tater tots were way too big and almost bland. Service was alright since we didn't receive any menus and overheard our server arguing for a tip to the table next to us.

Good grub. We - party of 4 - got two entrees and threw down shareable sides and barely had room with leftovers. Bacon app. pleased everyone. Rez got bumped, but they offered the basement Blue Room which was fine.

Work in the area and came across this place just to have a drink. We ended up staying for dinner. Food is amazing. Service is wonderful. Such great people working there. Bar and dining area are very clean. Cool vibe. Bar downstairs w/ live music sometimes. Definitely recommend!

The oysters were an absolute delight, with their fresh and briny taste. The octopus, cooked to perfection, was tender and flavorful, leaving me craving for more. And those seared scallops, oh my! They simply melted in my mouth, accompanied by a delightful combination of flavors. And the chocolate cake was a heavenly finale to an already outstanding meal. Moist, rich, and decadent, it was pure indulgence.

Great food. Great service. Came here without prior searching and didn't realize this place was quite fancy. My friend and I came here with tank top, short, and sandals while other customers were well-dress with suit and tie. Anyhow, our waiter were very friendly and did not give us any strange look.

I was invited last minute to a Broadway show, and my Uncle Margaret said dinner was at Hunt & Fish Club. I had never heard of it before, but I trust my Unc's food taste with my life so needless to say I was amped. Right when I walked in the door, I was immediately inspired. You walk into a fully stocked bar with everyone is dressed to the 9s and just an overall very chic interior. The line between chic and tacky is getting smaller and smaller by the day, but they NAILED it here. It felt like a Frank Sinatra song came to life, just exactly what I think of when I think of a classic NY Steak House. The hostess lead me past the bar to my seat, and there is a beautiful open space with all the tables. The big chandelier thing (or hanging lights idk the technical term) was a phenomenal use of the space. It really tied the entire room together. Great choice of interior design here shoutout to whoever put that together. I was a bit late, so put in my order of a dry martini up with a lemon twist right when I sat down. I am going for the skinny rockstar look these days, so this dinner was my first meal of the day and I was STARVING. The bread they served for the table was some of the best I have had in the city. For food, we ordered and octopus salad, ceasar salad, Oysters & clams, bacon, Ribeye, a Filet, and some french fries. Honestly, I loved everything with the Octopus salad being the highlight. The best octopus I have eaten. I am typically much more of a Filet guy, but the Ribeye really blew it out of the water. That medium rare bone-in ribeye was elite.

Great experience, beautiful decor and tasty food. The staff is very welcoming to each client that walked in. The ambiance is romantic, dark yet candle lit. The music is on shuffle but really good vibes from Michael jackson, to Marvin Gaye, to dance/house music then Rihanna (you get the drift). Our waiter, MATT, made all the difference to our experience. Without him, it would feel like an ordinary nice restaurant. With him, it felt comfortable and like our opinion mattered. He recommended the absolute best dishes to try and his confidence helped us order everything he suggested. I can 100% tell you to trust what he says. The food was so great and filling (from the appetizers to dessert). He even made a miracle happen to make something that was off menu and that made my entire night. He engaged with us the entire time to make sure we enjoyed every bit of our experience AND to make sure his suggestions met our expectations. I was emotionally and physically satisfied with our dinner. We will gladly come back for their spring menu to see what they have to offer!

This place is elegantly beautiful (a little dark inside). We came for a friends bday dinner and had a great time. We waited at the bar for the rest of the table to show and I got to have a small wine tasting. The bartenders and wine selection, perfect! Food, of course, is expensive but totally worth it. And service was great!

I recently photographed a proposal here and I was blown away. The service here is top notch! From the private dining area and its gorgeous ambiance for the proposal to the swift services provided whenever needed. 10/10 recommend this place for great food and intimate events.
