Shake Shack Upper West Side - New York City - Photo album

As this was our first time in NYC…we had to have a culinary classics: Shack Shack. As Californians, we had to compare this burger to In & Out. They are both amazing…but the flavors are SO very distinct, it’s not something we could separate. In & Out has a specific flavor. Shake Shack is slightly sa
We all know what it is, Shake Shack is consistently good but this is about shouting out the staff. Last Saturday (8/12) around 2pm there was a logjam of people in the lobby, elbow to elbow. It was impossible to create an orderly line but the staff did a good job sorting us all out. Naturally, in a
This is the 2nd time eating Shake Shack, we ordered right meals which we love. Last year, the 1st time, we didn’t know what to order here; therefore, we ordered the meals we didn’t like. Anyway, I am happy to try it again this time. I think I would like Shake Shack.
This Shake Shack is located right next to the American Natural History Museum, that’s why we decided to stop here to grab a quick lunch before heading in. The staff immediately welcomed us with a smile and directed us to the kiosks to order. We just had a couple burgers and fries. Everything was g
The spicy 🌶️ Shackmeister burger is delicious 🤤 The perfect combination of heat and juicy. Nice location. Loved it.
Stopped in for lunch after walking the American Museum of Natural History. The walk up kiosks made ordering easy especially at the height of lunch time. While the first floor seating was taken we were able to find plenty of open seating downstairs. The tables were not properly cleaned in-between cus
Great burger and drink venue. Really tasty vegan burger option, nice crinkle cut fries. Mango and passion drink was just a squash though but all ok. Staff were friendly, service (waiting in line for order) seemed slower than Mcd’s but food was better and more expensive.
Shake shack is known for their great burgers and fries, and this didn’t disappoint. Knocked one star off because the service was so incredibly slow.
The chocolate shake was so good! This was a bit of a splurge for me, but I don’t think I would get the burger again even though it was a really good. Little trick: downstairs there are a bunch of tables that not a lot of people use, so it’s nice and quiet! I would get the shakes again and I recommen
One of the very few American fast food chains I'd love to have in Europe. Great crinkle cut fries and burgers! And the strawberry milkshake was pretty good too
Food was good! Daughter had chicken bites and said they were the best she's had. I wasn't too hungry and had a hotdog. It was good. The staff were great. Was there with a friend who was in wheelchair and a lady who works there told her to let her know if she needed anything including the bathroom as
A stop at shake shack is a must! I throughly enjoyed my burger and shake. The cheesy fries were also pretty great.
great shake shack burger store. two levels - so there are always enough sitting places. shake shack even give me a new limo drink when i accidentally dropped my drink. The burger was always great and dilicious - price little bit high as usual.
Excellent burgers! Our group of 7 all loved the burgers - the burgers are a bit small so if you are a big eater, considering adding other food, or even another burger. This location is small but very busy, so seating is very limited. The staff were excellent - helpful and cheerful.
