Service here was great. The host was really sweet. The ramen was also good. I had the spicy garlic ramen with soft wavy noodles. Looking forward to going back here as the weather gets colder.
Pretty calm environment I went around 4pm when the happy hour starts and the food and plum wine was amazing. I got ramen and the nice thing is they let you add extra ingredients and you can substitute any of the fish or pork broths for vegetarian broth. Overall like the atmosphere the staff is chill and helpful. Would definitely come back
So good!! When I visit the city, I always try to make it here. The pork broth is amazing.
This place hits the spot on a cold winter day (when we actually have one this season...). It's a steep climb up but upstairs has a lot of seating so waits are usually minimal. Staff is friendly and efficient. Delicious and filling ramen.
A tasty bowl of Ramen. Friendly and hospitable wait staff. Food tasted fresh. Decor is creative and tasteful.
The restaurant recently opened up again for indoor dining. They adhere to mask wearing, contact tracing and social distancing dining. Highly recommend anyone in town or near the area to try this place out. Friendly staff.
Went for lunch today with my friend. It's a rather small and quaint place, not suitable for large groups over 4 people. You can be seated rather quickly if it's party of two, but any larger usually there is a wait. Large parties should go before noon. This location is on the 2nd floor and the waiting area is on the staircase because there is no room inside the restaurant to wait. Everything is laid out and designed to maximize the space which is like the ramen places I've tried in Japan. The food was good and really helped my ramen craving (a little saltier than I like, but nonetheless delicious). They are closed for about an hour between lunch and dinner. Give them a try and enjoy.
Food was yummy. Service was friendly. The place is off the Hells Kitchen beaten path. It’s a small little place with great rice bowl and noodle. If you’re in the mood for noodles or basic Japanese cuisine then check this place out! I recommend this place!!
The ramen 🍜 here is so tasty. Love you get to choose your type of noodle and firmness. I got the Kogashi ramen that was fantastic with the wavy/firm style ramen noodles. The leek flavor completely enhanced it overall. The Spicy Garlic Ramen was the other ramen we got that was a unique flavor and would get again.
We came on the weekend and they have a special where you get 1 free appetizer with your ramen. The fried rice was surprisingly flavorful (i expected your standard fried rice) that had a different take on it. Not a large space, but that's fine - you come for the food! Considering they are neighbors to Toto Ramen, they hold their own very well! Can't wait to come back.
I don’t typically like ramen, but was surprised at the quality of the food. We ordered the Bonito ramen, it had a delicious broth with soft noodles. I would highly recommend this place to any skeptics. Best part is after you finish it leaves you wanting more.
Very Japanese feeling setup. Great service, not overbearing but very accommodating. I asked for sparkling saki that wasn’t in the menu and she ended up checking and finding it. The vegetarian ramen I had was exceptionally tasty, I’ve never had this sort of salad ramen and will definitely add it to my regular places to go for ramen.
This is my go to ramen spot in midtown east. First time trying the spicy garlic ramen. Very good. I usually get the classic and add in chili oil. I think I will go back to that next time because the spicy garlic had a very spicy black pepper taste to it. The second picture is the only vegetarian action. Looked good, but give me the pork!
Hands down one of my favorite ramen spots in the city. Try anything with the pork broth. The rich broth is perfect for cold winter nights (or anytime). The pork buns do the job and the fried chicken will be just what you want. Pro tip: they do not have plasticwear for you to take home any leftover ramen so bring your own if you can't finish your ramen.
The place, the environment and the taste of music were great. Me and my girlfriend were craving for ramen, so we decided to tried this place. This was our first experience in a restaurant since the pandemic started. I tried the Deluxe ramen and my girlfriend the spicy garlic ramen they were great. We also tried for the first time the Oroshi Ponzu Gyoza, it was very tasty and delicious, we really liked it.
Great place to start eating again in a restaurant after a long time.
I visited around December of 2019 - super cozy and comfortable and as a party of two we were seated by the bar in about 5 minutes flat. If you're a larger party i recommend calling ahead to see if any table could be reserved. We ordered the lunch special: one tonkotsu ramen and one spicy garlic ramen with karage chicken, a pork bun, and pork gyoza. Super yummy and all for around 45$. I would definitely come back once covid settles down
This was the second time we've been to the restaurant, the first was a few years back, the quality of the food was as good as we remembered. Located up the stairs, to the right of Totto Ramen, this is a quirkily decorated space and not a huge menu. But what they do have on the menu is done well.
The last time we came we ended up only eating appetizers. Their seaweed salad is really nice and crunchy. The gyōzas were done well and we went for the ones with cheese on top.
This time round we decided to have the deluxe ramen and the chicken/avocado teriyaki.
Both were very good and very tasty. You can choose 4 different levels of toughness for the noodle, we chose the medium toughness which gave the perfect chewiness to the noodle. Almost al dente in style. The soup for the noodle was mostly just right, though got quite salty when you reached the bottom.
There was space enough that we didn't have to wait, even on an early Saturday evening. The noise level is quiet and the service was good too. Glad we visited again.
Affordable, you can customize your ramen with additional toppings and choose the firmness of your noodles. Unfortunately, the entrance is not handicap accessible. The ramen was very flavorful!!!
Wife wanted some good ramen, and this place delivered. The flavor was great without overdoing it with garlic. We loved it.
The server was very attentive, and the ambiance was calm with people talking and laughing.

The appetizers are amazing. Pork bunds and fried chicken are my favorites. The deluxe miso is really good and huge! Although they too a long time cooking it. Still the service is really good.
Happy hour drinks are great for the price and the ramen was delicious, it was my first time however, so take that how you will. Still, good friends of mine revisit this place. You should too. I had the fried chicken appetiser with Spicy garlic ramen, was very good.
