For the first time, I went to a Shake Shack in Manhattan that customizes your order without speaking to a cashier, and you have the option to have it delivered to you with or without putting in your number for notification! The cheeseburger and bacon fries were delicious! Packed with flavor and spice in every bite. I would come back every break during my shift from work Downtown.

I’ve been to many shake shack locations and this one wasn’t busy at all especially for what is expected to be rush hour. There was ample seating space, clean store and service with a smile.
My food was delivered to my table in a reasonable amount of time and it was all good. No complaints, the entire staff is incredible and every so often they go round to the tables checking if everything is ok.
Best fast food chain burgers by far for me. Rly unique and delicious burgers and fries. Homemade lemonades are super good too. Kinda expensive but worth imo. Give it a try.
Overall, a solid burger! Prefer 7th St. Burger to this, but probably the 2nd best fast-food burger in the city.
Cheese fries are solid, the spice level on the spicy ones is no joke (but good). Was reasonably clean and there’s okay amount of seating, staff was fairly friendly.
Visited Shake Shack with a few friends to grab a bite to eat. Staff was friendly, service was fast, and the place/washrooms were clean. Ordered the shroom burger (vegetarian) which was really delicious with a side of crinkle cut fries and a chocolate milk & cookies shake. Price is $$. -1 star only because the heater in the restaurant was broken and so the entire place was really cold, some of the fries ended up getting cold as a result and we had to bundle up inside - just visited on a bad day unfortunately. Do recommend checking this spot out to grab a quick bite!

This was our first ever Shake Shack experience as we were visiting from Canada. What caught our attention the most was the highly professional kitchen. Staff looked to truly be enjoying themselves and doing what was best for the customer. The food was made to order and seemed very fresh. The only negative was that it was very pricey for what is kind of fast food. A meal for four people cost much more than we were used to. But it was a positive experience. If we lived in the USA, it would certainly be a treat place. I had the smoke shack and a root beer float. I am not a huge fan of there not being combos and having to buy everything separate, but again, minor. We were also really happy to see they had small ketchup cups that you can get yourself. Most places in Canada have moved to ketchup packets. The inside seating area was full, so we sat outside on the patio. That was fine as it was a sunny day. Awesome first trip to Shake Shack, even if some of the locals don't think it's that great.
delicious burgers and great fries, it was also not too crowded (lunchtime midweek) and the air conditioning was a plus given how hot it was outside. Though a bit pricey, we paid $53 for four burgers, two cokes and two fries.
Love the interior of this shake shack. I find it more spacious than some other locations. Staff was super nice. Wish there was more seating, but when the weather is good you can eat on the benches outside!
Never been there before. It was interesting to order on line on the pad or in person . Self serve water station, such nice people, we had a problem with a friend's order, but it was our fault ,and they fixed it ,and the manager came out to make sure everyone was happy. FANTASTIC.
I really like the menu in this place, in any country. First time trying while in Seoul, this time in NYC. And I was very surprised because the waiter was very kind to deliver my order, even though it was written that I had to pick it up myself. Thank You.
I can never say enough good things about Shake Shack. Only wish they would come to Indianapolis. The food is delicious and co.es out quickly. The shack burger and chicken shack are two of the better sandwiches you will find for something fast. The Shackmeister Ale is a great way to wash down a meal.
I went to one of these the last time i came to NYC and i knew for sure I definitely wanted to come back. I got the traditional shack burger and crinkle cut fries. The burger was very very tender, all the toppings tasted fresh and everything about it was delicious! The fries are the perfect mix of crispy and soft all the way through, top tier for fast / fast casual food. I definitely recommend someone looking for a step above mcdonald’s but still a burger this place!!! Amazing restaurant and can’t wait for it to come to Tampa!
I had no issues having a table for dine in, and it wasn't busy at all when I went during the lunch time. The place is super clean as well. I ordered the Shakeburger and it was very good! I had fries as well, and i love the crinkleness and the crispiness. My favourite part was my Cookies & Cream milkshake. It is sweet, thick and delicious! Highly recommend!

We ordered pick up via shake shack app. Was ready by stated time it would be completed. Tasty and fresh food. Avery was the employee who helped us and was fantastic. Also worth noting the bathrooms were immaculate!
