I got pork ribs with mac n cheese and collard greens. Terrific meal, and terrific sauce - I think I tasted a hint of orange zest in the sassy barbecue sauce. My wife was indifferent with the fried chicken, but I think there's only so much you can do with fried chicken.
Sylvia's offered delicious food, atmosphere (we dined in the enclosed patio) and great service. It did take a while for our food to be brought to us but it was worth the wait! I'm still very full! Portions are a good size. Flavor is on point. Our server was attentive which deserves to be mentioned as he had 9 tables to attend to at one point. I'll definitely be back.
Sylvia's has been on my list for quite some time! I'm so glad that my family and I were finally able to go. The food and service were exemplary; every dish was just as amazing as the next! The manager was very attentive to the needs of every diner; we did not have to ask for a single thing!

Absolutely delicious! Friendly service today plus fantastic catfish and sides. Their cornbread is some of the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend. Nice outdoor dining space available with fans was pleasant even on a hot day.
