It is great you can count on Starbucks being consistent from location to location. I appreciate the early opening. The store was clean, well attended to, and spacious. This location had wi-fi. However, it does not have any bathrooms.
The curtains are closing for this location Starbucks March 1 this is an excellent place to sit down drink coffee mingle it will be closing with no fanfare no party maybe in the future things are changed maybe the CEO of Starbucks will read this and agreed that a celebration should be in the future
Great customer service. Came in and the guy behind the counter was singing away. So funny to start my day with hearing this guy sing Michael jackson at 9AM. What a champion. Promote that man!

Edgar is one awesome employee he remembers my name although i have not been to that particular Starbucks for around six months. When i entered he said welcome back Gayle with a big smile he made me feel special. The Service i got from Edgar is satisfactory.
This location is sometimes a pretty quiet place to meet in Manhattan where you don’t have a lot of people swarming all over and where it’s quiet enough to think. Coffee is the same Starbucks coffee as everywhere but it’s kind of a hidden location and sometimes that’s just what you need in busy midt
Intelligent customer service, brilliant and very talented employees who really mastered their task. Very receptive. Management is great. Coffee is absolutely fine, everything about them is effective. Thumbs up!!
Baristas here are average, get their jobs done. Pretty good latte too. However, if you are expect to sit and enjoy your time here, you won't be able to. Limited seats are always packed with either tourists or homeless people. Sad but true.
We visited several times during our recent stay at the Hilton Times Square. Usually late at night. Staff could not have been nicer despite the late hour . One time , 2 of the group ordered 2 different drinks (both which required significant work) and the barista put them both out and then gave
