Me and my husband visited George's while on our trip to NYC. It was super busy, we probably waited to be seated for about 25 minutes. The waiter took a while to order our food but once he did, the food came out pretty quickly. The breakfast was pretty good compared to some other locations we've gone
Cheap price with high standard. Love the food as well. Delicious and big portion brunch. We spent 30 minutes waiting for the seat. Always expect there will be a waiting time if you want to dine in.
George’s is everything you want and need from a diner. There might be a bit of a wait if you arrive on a weekend morning, but they do an excellent job hustling without making you feel rushed. The menu is endless and the prices are very reasonable making this the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch or
Just a lovely place to go to. Family style, large portions, hearty meals, massive variety of options! Am obsessed with their Bill's Fav Baked Potato, and their Red Velvet Waffle is my favourite ever now. I want to live next to this place so I can come back every day and try all their menu items! Sat
This place was great.
I ordered the Reuben sandwich and it was huge and delicious. The taste was amazing and was cooked perfectly. My fiancée had the Philly chicken sandwich and it was good but could have used a bit more sauce.
Service was super friendly and fast.
The breakfast was great, we didn't have to wait in line too long even though it was packed. Waiters were nice, food came out fast. We will definitely come back when we're in town again.
This is my 1st brunch place in New York City. George's served various of breakfast and brunch menu, such as hash brown with egg, protein omellete, waffles, burgers, and sandwich. Located around Wall Street area, in Financial District NYC, this is a must visit place while you are in town.
This unassuming restaurant has a very extensive menu, phenomenal food, and a cozy feel despite being in such a busy area of town. The restaurant was pretty crowded but we only needed to wait for about 10 min. Excellent prices and the meals sit heavy! The gluten-free waffles are a real treat and the
Ideal place for breakfast in Financial District. Just a few steps from our hotel, we went there twice within 4 days for breakfast. There are a lot of options on the menu. Pancakes was my favourite!
What a gem in the financial district, overall great food and the service is excellent. Breakfast is top notch and the lemonades are really good.
Coming for the second time, great atmosphere all round, always love the food and the staff are really nice.
Cute old school 2 story diner blocks away from the World Trade Center and Battery Park. Affordable prices too. Friendly staff. The OJ was fresh squeezed.
Welcoming & very friendly. Extremely fast service with a smile and a breakfast menu with an extensive range of choice. It was so good we had to return for something for breakfast the following day. The chef sure knows how to cook his eggs. Definitely recommend for food
Large portions, very affordable. Great taste and lovely service. Fresh orange juice is soooo delicious. Recommended!
So I’m combining two visits, a light lunch yesterday and breakfast today! This place is an incredible unassuming place, with great food, great service and wonderful NY atmosphere! If you’re in the area, drystone in!
George's🌮🌯🥪🍳 Traditional American Breakfast
I miss here a lot, this place has been long in my Breakfast list in the US. Service-wise just so so, but really love their wraps and every dishes here.
Surprise! 🫢 you can find fruits, e.g. strawberry 🍓 or blueberries 🫐 even in the pancake! Also dessert i
I stayed a week in the Finantial district area and wish I had found this place before. Would definitely go every day for breakfast since it’s the best one I tried in my hotel’s proximities. Menu is extensive, food is good and service is quick, although can be a bit overwhelming when multiple servers
In downtown Manhattan is affordable place to have breakfast with good quality in topical American environment.
High quality food and people are very kindly.
Great service and food. Good variety of menu items available.
Right by the Rector street subway entrance in the heart of downtown Manhattan. Super friendly and fast service. Food comes quickly and you don't need to ask for a drink refill. My eggs benedict came out to about $18.50 or so. Expensive fo
