Cacio E Pepe - New York City - Photo album

For pasta served from a cheese wheel, I was expecting a lot more flavor. The pasta is a bit too aldente for my taste, but it's not bad for "homemade"? Pasta, if it is... Tiramisu was okay. it didn't blow my mind at all.
Came here last week and was seated inside. When coming here, the main dish to try is the cacio e pepe that is made in the cheese wheel, so that is exactly what we ordered. It was good! Nothing amazing but I did like it and felt my portion was a good size. Their wine list is also very good. It was a
Amazing staff, amazing food only thing I didn't like was that the receipts were handwritten so I couldn't scan them into my bill splitting app so easy but other than that everything was awesome
We rented the back room for party and it was set up beautifully. We got a variety of “family style” appetizers and a choice between 4 entrees. The appetizers were probably my favorite part, but I wouldn’t call the portions shareable. For my main I got the Orecchiette and I feel like it still needed
Wow wow wow!! This place was nice and cozy with amazing food! Definitely make a reservation as the wait is long. The manager was super friendly and the service was amazing. I ordered the pasta that comes inside a large cheese bowl that they melt cheese on the pasta before serving. What a fun experi
A real hidden jem. Each dish we ate was excellent, authentic, and well served. We will come again.
We had a great meal and good times here with friends. It's a cute place, the servers are very nice and the food is very tasty. Of course we had to order the cacio e pepe, prepared tableside and it was super! We also had the vongole linguini which was good but...the clams were a little large for our
The best meal ever!!! Amazing wine, delicious appetizers, kept eating the salmon entree even though I was stuffed and there is always room for the creamy tiramisu. To top it all the staff was superb!! Can’t wait to go back.
We came here for a birthday celebration to try the Instagram famous cheese wheel pasta. We were seated outside which - even in the rain - was nice and warm. The pasta was ok (4/5), salads were great (5/5) and the service very slow.
Great Italian food! I highly recommend that you come by! Each dish is delicious and I believe the menu changes seasonally. Great customer service and the owner was there to greet us when we came through the door.
First time here, it was great! Of course had to try the Casio e Pepe which was good. Had the octopus as an appetizer; was the best octopus I've had. Melted in my mouth. Definitely will be back to try more on the menu.
The Cacio e pepe hype is definitely worth it! The pasta was delicious and my favorite part if the meal. My salmon was cooked perfectly and the potato crust was interesting (not in a bad way). I prefer warm bread and some butter for the table, otherwise I would definitely come back.
This place is small and cozy. The food is great, the show with cheese wheel was cool. I ordered: tonnarelli cacio e Pepe ( is a must) Lasagna alla bolognese (is so delicious). I celebrated my birthday here then we ordered the plant looking desert. Overall, it’s a decent place to enjoy for an eveni
Amex only - but there's an ATM. We went for the classic Cacio e pepe and it was worth it. A laid back atmosphere with college students abounding the service was well paced. I had a glass of wine, my daughter and I split the arugula salad, and each had the Cacio e pepe. All of it was everything we wa
Cacio e Pepe: selling point was the tonarelli (you CANNOT find this pasta outside of Rome even in Italy , let alone New York) the pasta was good, cheese wheel was a nice presentation. However the half sized peppercorns in the pasta was too much. Coarse would be better but huge half size chunks are p
