The Open Road Ambience was very beautiful the sitting arrangement was the mind blowing and I never seen this kind of beautiful sitting the white tables and white chairs are very beautiful.
Amazing french cafe in Soho. Ambience and decor is serene, food is just out of the world.

One word- enchanting!!!!
From the minute you walk in, you are transported to a blissful Parisian wonderland. I've only ever been there in winter, so was seated inside in the most beautiful room- suede seats, tassel embellishments and the most beautiful tea cups.
Normally I only stop here for tea and sweets, macaroons the first choice, Of coarse their macaroons are phenomenal- probably the best and most authentic you will find.
But on this particular morning I decided to have eggs Benedict, not expecting much because hey, how good can a Benedict be. But, oh my goodness- it was mind blowing. The hollandaise tasted like pure buttery perfection, the egg was cooked exactly as requested and the whole experience of the waiter pouring the sauce over the egg as you receive it just put the cherry on top. It's safe to say, I haven't had a macaroon or eggs Benedict since. Waiting on my next visit....
When the weather cooperates, this Ladurée location has one of the most beautiful, serene, and possibly largest outdoor areas in all of soho. But before getting there one must walk through their pastry shop and then right through their gorgeous dining area (think Parisian elegance during Victorian times). The whole place, corner to corner, is visually stunning.
Unfortunately, the service was slow and as unfamiliar with the wine as one could be. However, they were corteous, professional, and good conversationalists. The wine I drank was good. I was taken aback by their large selection, as they're known more for their tea than their wine collection.
We came during lunch and generally everything we ate was satisfactory. Nothing blew our minds. The plating on every dish was beautiful...even on the Club Ladurée! That dish was plentiful in size, but the accompanying fries were better than the sandwich. Mainly because the bread was just a tad bit too hard.
As a group, we unanimously agreed that the dessert was the best part of our meal. And the teas were even better. Definitely plan on getting tea and a single macaron...or twelve...no judgment :)
Lots of people are surprised to hear that you can get lunch and dinner at Ladurée, this place being known around the world for its macarons, that I admit are addictive. I was one of them. Well, until a friend of mine went there and told me about his meal, proposing to arrange a reservation as a knows the manager. So, we ended up at their location in Soho last Saturday. We entered in the restaurant and it was like stepping in a French salon de thé. Its is an elegant place, but not stuffy at all with four different areas: the first one is the patisserie section where you can admire the various pastries they propose in addition to the macarons, with its ceiling representing the sky and the large marble statues. The second room has a darker setting and definitely looks like a salon. The third room, where we sat, is apparently inspired by Madame de Pompadour, who was the mistress of the French King Louis XV, and remained very influential in his court until his death. The room is dominated by the beautiful chandelier in the middle that one cannot miss, huge paintings and nice crown molding on the walls. Last is the garden, that they also open in the Winter. When we arrived at 12:30pm, it was not that crowded, but, after 1pm, we noticed that more and more people came, a reservation being probably a good idea if you do not want to wait for hours.
Ladurée is synonymous with superb macarons. The iconic pale green bags spell luxury and and makes one imagine strolling in Paris and making sure that everyone notices it!
This location in Soho is also a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The large garden at the back is lovely. The menu is written both in French and English and is upscale. Even though I have eaten dinner there, I far a pot of tea and a plate of assorted macarons. Then I make sure to leave with more in that gorgeous bag. I do that every time I pass the store which thankfully isn't too often as each delectable morsel is now $2.70.
Love how vintage chic their brand is. The ambience they create is almost like a tea party in Alice in wonderland.
The way they've positioned the brand, you want to want to spend that kind of money on just a glass of champagne and macaroons which you'd hesitate elsewhere.
The food undoubtedly isn't regret worthy what so ever, everything I've ever eaten here has blown me away.
Beautiful space with an inviting atmosphere! The macarons are divine, as expected, and there’s a lot o flavors to choose from, all with a strong fruity taste. The presentation of all patisseries is impeccable. The “mega macaron” a.k.a. Ispahan was my very favorite, with fresh raspberries and a delicious apricot cream inside, the raspberry and rose saint-honoré was also very good and the fact that the rose flavor wasn’t soapy at all is worth noting since it is a common problem in other places. 5-stars pastries with 3-stars staff, that even though were not impolite weren't very friendly/welcoming either.
After multiple failed attempts of searching for the perfect macaron, I landed at laduree and the name is enough! The perfect rich macaron with the apt filling was undoubtedly the best macaron that I have had till date.
The best macaroons I have ever tasted. Every bite is just. No words to describe. Just amazing. Kinda crowded but it's totally worth it. Lovely ambience. And Ofcoz amazing interior.
If not in Paris is in New York. The best Macarons on earth! If you're in Soho take a break in this amazing place. It is one of the world's best-known premier sellers of the double-decker macaron since 1862.
Wonderful! The desserts are very well made and the ambiance is very delightful. Everything tastes great and this is a nice place to relax over tea or eat some delicious macarons.
I realized that I had a couple of photos of Ladurée macarons that we enjoyed in Paris, before we got on our connection flight to Rome. Since Ken and I had been to Ladurée in NYC, in Soho village, I decided to compile the photos together and make a blog post on Ladurée macarons.
If i could give more than 5 stars i would !!! To be completely honest, i haven't try anything else than the macarons but they are sensational !!! I mean, i have to say i'm a HUDGE fan !!! They are crispy on the outside but chewy and soft in the inside !!! Some might say it's expensive, perhaps it is, but trust me, you'll never be disappointed !!! Plus their boxes are super cute too !!
If you've ever thought about trying seeing what a high end French dessert has to offer you, this is your chance. This is the same place that is so famous in Paris. I went there but the line was so long I figured I could wait till I could come here.
I happened to drop in on a Saturday afternoon to score some macarons. Line wasn't quite out the door but be prepared as I've heard that is the case on many occasions. Everything inside oozes class and as you wait you can get together a plan of attack for your order. I went with a dozen macarons. They might be a little pricey compared to a pastry you might find around the corner but it's worth it. If you've ever tried to make one of these things you can appreciate the effort they put into them. Each one of the flavors was amazing in it's own right. Rose and the caramel were particularly good and there are seasonal flavors that you can try too. These are right up there with some of the best macarons I've tried. Maybe Pierre Hermes in Paris were just slightly better.
There are more than just macarons though. I got the rose gelato cup. It had the most intense rose flavor, I'd recommend it just for it's uniqueness.
All in all if you're looking for some fancy desserts and you're in central park or the upper east side you won't be disappointed.
This is one of my absolute favorite places in Paris and I was so happy when they opened up here in NYC! The macarons here are TO DIE FOR of course but it doesn't stop there! Their pastries are the most decadent and delectable you'll find in the city and PLEASE, do yourself a favor and try their French toasts with raspberries and rose infused whipped cream! (my absolute thing in the menu!)
Ice Cream Flavors. Salted Carmel ice cream was fantastic!! Amazing texture.
I love macarons. I eat them entirely too quickly. I loved getting to pick out a bunch to enjoy, with an adorable cat box to boot! (I now keep that box on my desk at work.) These are probably the most famous place to get macarons, and for good reason. They're fresh, soft, and delicate. You really won't be disappointed.
When we stumbled upon Ladurée , of course we went in to admire the beautiful desserts. We decided to stay and get a coffee, so we went out back to find a table outside. They have the most adorable courtyard! I didn’t even feel like we were in NYC. The table setting was gorgeous; it felt like a tea party! Petals from the trees above our heads rained down softly, decorating the table. I loved the ambiance, I would go back just for that! Obviously, I had to order dessert. I wish I could find their dessert menu online, because I can’t remember all the details of this pretty pastry. I do know it had rose flavor, delicious whipped cream, and fresh raspberries. I believe the little pastries on the sides were cream puffs.
The lunch menu was several pages long and ranged in price. We opted for the chicken salad which was beautifully presented in a pink and gold trimmed plate. A generous portion of spinach topped with pieces of chicken wrapped around in cucumber and topped with balsamic vinegar and mustard. It was worth every penny. For dessert, we had none other than a plate filed with macarons and a frothy latte. Overall, Laduree Soho is a great place to escape the noise and craziness of a city where you can pretend you have stepped into the past a la Midnight in Paris!
We spent hours here celebrating early holiday dinner with friends.
Food was delicious, and the vibe was very cool and beautiful. Service was slow BUT it was nice because there was no rush we really enjoyed ourself!
Such a great place! The salmon was so good, and the chocolate ice cream was to die for! Definitely get your own and don’t share ☺️
My husband and I had a great experience here. We booked a reservation for breakfast in the garden. Our waiter was so nice and even put up with my poor French. All the food we ordered was so good and definitely worth the price.
Though primarily known for their deserts, Laduree is also a great option for brunch or lunch. The food was delicious and unique in both taste and presentation. Their avocado toast for example made me hesitant because it included honey, walnuts and goat cheese, but I was pleasantly surprised by the unique taste created by the combination of the ingredients. The staff was attentive, courteous and helpful, and service was quick and efficient.
This place is an incredible patisserie! 🥧 Laduree offers an amazing selection of delicious 🤤 pastries 🥐, sweets 🍪, and desserts! 🧁 Their Chocolate 🍫 Coconut 🥥 Tart is one of the best desserts I ever had! They also serve breakfast 🥞, brunch 🍳, lunch, and dinner - definitely try the Fall 🍂 Chicken 🐔 and Croquet Madame with fried ♨️ egg.🥚 The place is beautifully decorated 🛋️, the staff 👨🍳 is friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick. ⏲️ They have lots of indoor seating 🪑 and a garden! 🏡

This is hospitality ! He created a great experience for me and recommended items for brunch and to take home as gifts !
He truly deserves to be recognized.
Keep up the great atmosphere and global standard of Laduree !
Known for their amazing macarons, Ladurée's French toast and lattes are also both beyond delicious!
And who wouldn't want to sit outside in this nice outdoor area?
I felt so chic eating a Friday morning brunch here after going to a NYFW event. You will love it if (should be “when”) you take a trip here :)
Fantastic food!!! The portion are pretty big, didn’t get a chance to try any of the pastry though. Will definitely have to come back just for the pastry.
Went with my girlfriends and was a perfect spot! It is really cute, the environment was phenomenal and the food was extremely good.
Definitely I place I want to come back.
Lauderee’s decor and ambiance is impeccable. The decor is gorgeous and the staff is friendly. The desserts were a bit sweet but still delicious. A great place to treat yourself to something indulgent.
Good food and atmosphere, but the service wasn't the best. We waited for over an hour for one of our pastries. Also a little overpriced, but it was still yummy.
