King Cole Bar - New York City - Photo album

🍸 The King Cole exists to meet old friends for a proper cocktail in the most spectacular mode possible, expensive, a bit overly hyped and still worth it. This is what New York is about. They make claim to have invented the Bloody Mary which I ordered and found to be OK, but as a lover of cocktail h
Great bar in the St. Regis. Bloody Mary created here. drinks on the pricier side but hey it’s manhattan. Not a lot of whisky cocktails on the menu but they’ll make you a great old fashioned with your choice of whisky. And
King Cole Bar was a really cool spot to grab a drink while walking around and taking in the Christmas environment on a chilly December evening. Be prepared to wait in the lobby outside the bar - there is limited seating and you are not allowed to crowd the bar and wait for a table. Drinks were clas
If you're looking for a sophisticated and refreshing drink, then "The Business" at the King Cole Bar is definitely worth a try. Made with Bombay Gin, lime, and honey, this cocktail is a perfect balance of sweet and sour flavors that will tantalize your taste buds. The presentation of the drink is ju
I had one drink in the restaurant right next to the King Cole bar. It's an elegant place. The Saint Regis Hotel was Elizabeth Taylor's favorite hotel to stay in when she was married to Richard burton. I only went there because it was her birthday on monday. Very professional wait staff
What an amazing place to go for before or after dinner drinks or and lite bites. Been coming here for years, it never disappoints. Delicious cocktails and great service!
Enjoyed as always! Of our many visits to King Cole Bar, this is first time we had wait to get in! It was like being in line to ride the first car on a rollercoaster, but in the end you get the privilege of buying $27 drinks (yes, the price has increased from $22, but $17 is going rate for fancy cock
Afternoon is very tasty here. Nice mix of sweet and savory. The clotted cream, jam, and lemon curd with the scones are very tasty and well presented. Only detraction from the experience was the service. The waiters/waitresses constantly disappeared and was not around to provide extra hot water for t
It was 7 years ago the first time I have visited that lovely bar. In many Hollywood movies I have seen that place and I always wanted to see. Since 2016 I am visiting and love to have cosmo. Everyone is so kind and very cozy atmosphere in here. I highly recommend.
Our first time coming to NYC and we stopped over at the bar because we wanted mocktails to drink for my friend’s birthday. We really appreciated George for his kindness and making our trip even more special, it really made our whole trip! 😊
One of my favorite bars to visit when I visit NY. Started going in the 90s. Had the same bartender for years.bI think his name was hawkco. He was from South Africa I believe.. He always remembered my name.. And I love the washbi peas.
An icon bar that you just need to pay a visit if you are in the area and have seen the movie The devil wears Prada or Gossip Girl! We had to wait for a while to get a spot. The drinks were great and the bartendera very knowledgable. Apparently very popular doe dates...
A Pleasant Time for Tea As the big birthday travel continues, I jetted off to New York City for a whirlwind two-day fun trip of discovery. As a belated birthday gift, my sister treated me to afternoon tea at the St. Regis. She ordered the Lady Astor’s Tea, among others listed. It is said that Lady
Refinded the Bloody Mary aka Red Snapper. Look at King Cole in the picture. A little flatulence....
Great drinks, great atmosphere. Place fills up pretty early on Saturdays. Also, they were very gracious to let me have a table as a party of one while there was a line outside. They did not push me off the table.
What can I say… it’s one of the best NYC Bars. It’s classic! It’s not just a place it’s an institution.
