Can't believe that I didn't review this place when we visited in October last year. We were visiting NYC for the first time from Sydney Australia and specifically picked this place to eat based on the name alone (there is a story behind that). The service was fantastic, the beer was fantastic, the value for money was fantastic and last but not least the food was amazing. We will be back in November this year so dinner at Brother Jimmy's will be in the itinerary.
Great place to eat x live band on Tuesday x great food. Friendly staff.
Great atmosphere, service, friendly staff and food, OMG the food.... WOW.
Just gutted we didn't go at night, when a band was playing there. How many TV's??? Lol
Go and visit if your ever in the area.
This place was next to our hotel on Lexington ave and we are glad it was the food was delicious and an amazing atmosphere whilst we were there last year they also done a deal for 20 dollars well worth it
The food was wonderful I had Peach Pecan Bourbon Wings and corn on the cob and my boyfriend had the BBQ Ribs with baked beans and salad and cornbread. I can’t wait to come back!
Riktigt mysigt ställe med fantastisk mat.. Vi kommer definitivt tillbaka nästa gång vi är i New York👍
Great place and great staff and food.
The place was nice and clean! The food was really good! I loved the Turkey Burger! I'm coming back!
They hot wings are the best ..also the BBQ wings are dope as well
Lovely food and lovely service. Right next to Maddison Square Gardens. Xx
Very nice food and drinks.
Good food, reasonable prices, nice staff. The only thing we didn't like was the music.... a little depressing for a Friday night.
Came back to this restaurant and had a great time thanks to the waitress Tessa!! She was great and is definitely waitress Goals!! Definitely will be back and the music was great this time!!
Came here on Margarita day on a girls night! The Mango margarita was so good! The food was awesome. You definitely get your money's worth.
After visiting Madisson Square Garden the best thing to do is come to Brother Jimmy's BBQ. The food is one of the best in its segment. Staff is friendly, athmosphere cheerful. Every time we visit this place we know what to expect and that is good!
Everytime we are around the neighborhood we just have to stop and Eat at Brother Jimmys!!! The food is so so good. Great place to go watch Sports if you are into sports. Really represents North Carolina. Friendly waitresses and speedy service for the most part. No complaints. If you are in the Area please stop by and try their Pull pork... yummmyyyyyy.
Good food. Cheap happy hour. Good drinks. The shrimp tacos are 🤤🤤🤤🤤 give them a try!
The shrimp poppers are buffalo sauce flavored and they dont disappoint
One of the best barbeque places in Manhattan. Conveniently located near Penn station and Madison square garden. I usually go there to get fried chicken but heard their brisket was good too
Being right at Penn Station I thought maybe a trap but this was outstanding. Sauces were great. Sundays all you can eat ribs and beer 25.00 for 2 hours. Will come back, but our server was pre-occupied with people she knew.
Went here on a Thursday night. Food was good. My bf and I shared the humongous nachos. The drinks were ok. I ordered the palmetto punch. I like mines drinks sweet but it wasn’t as I expected but I still drunk it lol. Friendly staff. Only reason I didn’t give five stars is because the bathroom was horrible. It wasn’t busy at all so idk why it was in the condition it was in. Other than that it was funny first experience. I’ll definitely eat here again
Really good BBQ joint. The dumplings are a unique twist on a fusion appetizer but are definitely worth trying. We had the pulled pork sandwich as well as the grilled mac and cheese sandwich. Both of which were really good. All of the sides were good and I would definitely try the brussel sprouts again.
Decent food, great value, good service. Pulled pork is delicious. Went there on a weekday lunchtime, was fairly calm and we were served quickly.
Been here a few times, food is very good and service is nice. It is very loud so don't expect to easily carry a conversation during dinner.
This is a great place to wind down after work. Good selection of beer and delicious southern comfort food. All you need are good friends to share the experience. You have to try their loaded fries with pulled pork atleast once. Please be sure to share it.
Great bbq wings, reasonably priced. Lots of sports on tv. They have a huge seating area upstairs for larger groups. The location by Penn Station has a lot of turnover as many customers are waiting for their transit out of town.
