This place was delicious. The menu was large, with options for Carnivores, vegetarians and even gluten free options. Everyone in my group found something to eat and each was amazing.
One of my spots when I’m craving a yummy plant-based burger in NYC. 🍔
My usual order is the Not So Impossible Burger, but you can substitute any burger meat with the impossible option. The price of the burgers is not the cheapest in this food chain but the quality of the burger is always spot on, which is why I keep coming back. Pair your meal with a Mexican Coca-Cola for an even more refreshing experience. Give them a try. 👍🏼
Great Midtown East lunch spot. Huge space with two levels of seating space. Get there early before the lunch rush starts at noon. Otherwise order ahead to pick up saves you a lot of time. Everything is made to order comfort food, not fast food. Fried chicken sandwiches and burgers are delish. I really like their Mac and Cheese. Salads and hot dogs also on the menu. Best desserts - shakes and floats, just classic goodness. And they sell beer!
It’s one of my favorite places when we visit New York. I came 3 days in a row. The grilled cheese with whole wheat ciabatta is a dream. Always super fresh and delicious. The sweet potato fries are the best ones yet. The salads are the freshest as well. Friendly staff. Always when we visit we stop by 😃 keep up
The good work.
For what is effectively a fast food restaurant, these were some of the best burgers I've had. Gluten free buns are available and the fries were great too. Pretty fast service. Good range of drinks to choose from. Went here twice during our trip and each time we weren't disappointed.
Good burgers, great buffalo chicken sandwich although a bit salty. $2 beers on weekends. Bathrooms could be cleaned more frequently. Good music. Lots of space. Strong air con. Expect to spend about $12 or more per person.
Overall a good experiance. Food was good, service over the counter was ok and place was feeling ok. Nothing to write home about but a solid meal - almost everyone was happy.
Our Celiac daughter had the chicken fingers and fries. Delicious and she didn’t get sick. Highly recommend!! Thank you for being a safe GF restaurant!!!
We had dinner with 2 kids, the food was delicious and fresh. The service was good. Great value for money. Highly recommended!!
Good food, and decent prices for the city. What really elevates this place to five stars is the service and atmosphere. If you’re looking for an affordable brunch spot 10 minutes from Rockefeller Center, this is your place.
I was actually really surprised with this place. Good portions. Very fresh food. Very clean restaurant. Friendly staff. $47 for two people to eat drinks included. For the location that's not bad.
I've been wanting to try this place for a while! Finally made it in. First, the menu is HUGE. Took me a while to decide what I wanted and finally went with The Big Schnipp, Salted Nutella Special Milkshake, Cookies & Cream Milkshake, The Classic BLT, and a hamburger. I legit ate all of this..that's how good it was. The Big Schnipp tasted better than Shake Shack in my opinion and both milkshakes were super satisfying. Def going back ASAP!
Great selection of various American style bugers, sandwiches, salads, mac&cheese, fish&chips and hot dogs with a la carte menu items as there are no combos. Shakes, craft beers, sodas are available. Lots to try! Huge menu on the board so take your time to review them but check the menu before you go if you can.
We went around 8:30pm at the Midtown East on Lexington Ave and place was relatively brisk and had a hard time deciding what to eat. We looked around what others were munching on and went with the flow.
Crispy chicken on Ciabatta bread $11 was crunchy, not greasy and the Schnipper sauce (aioli) kept the dry chicken moist while the BBQ sause gave some sweetness and zing otherwise it was flavorful and good. The Green Chili Turkey Burger $9.50 with special cheese blend, house-roasted poblanos, Schnipper sauce on a whole wheat bun was dry also but all the other ingredients made it enjoyable. Lastly, we had the Green Chili Cheese burger $11 which was similar to the turkey burger but less healthy option. We definitely needed some salads with the meal so we got the Greek salad $10.50 with usual toppings and it was alot. The dressing and feta was salty but it was fresh not drenched and soggy. Better quality feta would be less salty. The Simple Mixed Green Salad $10 had corn, croutons, plum tomatoes and vinaigrette which was also salty.
Getting your order served took about 15mins and they will bring you your food to your table based on your receipt with order number. Lots of seating available. It's fast food but higher quality and prices. Next time we will definitively try sandwiches, their floats and shakes. Overall good food, decent NYC prices, cafereria style service was reasonable.
Awesome place for very tasty burgers and fries. Their special sauce pairs well with their burgers, I like to order extra for the fries. The part I found the best out of all fast food places is that they have ketchup mayo and mustard bottles at the table!!! I love making pink sauce and everyone always gives me weird looks when I order mayo. I put this picture of my baby enjoying the atmosphere, and talking to other patrons there. Will always go here when in the city
Very convenient place for work. Tried cheeseburger with fries and ginger ale, came out a bit pricey but taste of burger was good. Another good reason is they gave very good seating options, upstairs and main floor.
Great food! Burger was missing bacon so they gave extra. Loved it. Wife had a salad and it was amazing.
