Quaint little place touting the " best cannoli on planet earth". The five desert cases are heaven and the cannoli was definitely good. Small selection of sandwiches, paninis, meatballs, etc plus good selection of drinks including cocktail type and coffees.

After walking around NYC all day and dinner in China Town we headed over to Little Italy for dessert. My husband, daughter and I had a chocolate cannoli and my boys had cake and gelato. I must say everything was absolutely delicious. The cannolis were fresh, full of flavor and delightful. My boys loved their dessert to and ate every drop. I will definitely come here again for dessert in the future.

The pizza was phenom and the canoli to die for..the service, pretty damn good too. ;) John was a hoot and jumped right in the good times along w/us and his niece. 5 stars just ain't enough.

I found the cannoli delightful. They boast of being the best in the world and having had a cannoli from down the street in Little Italy, their boast holds. The employees were nice and the cannoli delicious.

We have eaten here several times and never disappointed. Service and food wonderful. Bought 4 Cannoli to bring back home. My husband might just get ONE.

I was skeptical about the "best cannolis on earth," but they were really great. And the spiced Chai was perfect! Been there twice in two days.

My family and I have been goin to Caffe Palermo for 15 years. We go for dinner and then ALWAYS hit Caffe Palermo for cannolis and gelato. The staff and The Cannoli King himself have always been so nice and sweet to our family that they honestly make us feel like family! Lol Great food! Great service! Great tradition we'll never break!

I was told by my girlfriend that had to bring back cannolis to Miami but they had to be from Caffe Palermo. So before the airport I took a little detour to Littly Italy. This place was amazing. When I explained to the lady these cannolis where going with me on the plane and who they where for, she told me she would make all 15 fresh for me. After a 8 hour JFK airport delay nightmare I ended up back in Florida and I thought these cannolis where done for. I put them in the fridge for a couple of hours. My girlfriend then cut open the ribbon and to my surprise they looked almost perfect. Needless to say they tasted nothing short of perfect. Caffe Palermo rocks! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a taste of Italy in Manhattan.

Stopped in Caffe Palermo late on Tuesday night with the family; 12 people! What a fabulous way to end the day in NYC! The cannolis were beyond delicious and Baby John was so welcoming and entertaining. An absolute blast! This alone was an experience!

We have visited Caffe Palermo every time we visit NYC. This trip I decided to try out Carlo's Bakery, to see what all the fuss was about. Terrible mistake! Caffe Palermo, just as their sign says, has the BEST cannoli on planet earth. I'll never waste my time in Carlo's again. The gelato is delicious as well!

Really enjoyed this cute little cafe. They had a ton of options. We tried several cannoli flavors and all were great. Espresso and latte were also very good. Recommend both! Would absolutely come back and try more options! Definitely worth the stop if you’re looking for a sweet treat in little Italy!

Just do yourself a favor and stop here. It’s our third time to NYC and this place is pretty much a must stop spot in Little Italy. The service and staff are so fun too. A delicious experience!

I was here in NYC back in 2019 and ever since then my sister and I only talk about the cheese cones from Caffé Palermo!! So happy to finally get another one! Plus I got a cookies and cream cannoli and WOW delicious. We also got the NY cheesecake (and I LOVE cheesecake) but I don’t highly recommend theirs. FYI- dine in is only for waitressing which is kind of a bummer because we ordered a few things from the counter and would have liked to eat them there:)

Cozy little place, with an amazing variety of cannoli's! I tried the mini cookies and crème cannoli and one of their rainbow cookies and LOVED them both! It was on the busier side, so service was a little slower. But desserts were still just as delicious.

Great place for cappuccinos and cannolis. It’s NYC prices so be aware of that! The food is really good. I really liked the three different types of cannolis. So yummy and the perfect amount. The cappuccino is good as well and if you want alchohol the espresso martini is yummy and rich. Truly another dessert.

We wanted to visit Caffe Palermo to try their famous cannollis and pizza slices and we were not disappointed. Unbelievable! The service was superb and we really enjoyed our visit. Highly recommended if you are visiting Little Italy while you are in New York.

Busy, vibrant cafe on Mulberry St of NYC's Little Italy district, fast service, good for groups, families or solo, tables for 2's 4's or 6 indoors that accommodate up to 60 guests, elbow-to-elbow.Serves an abundant choice of Italian sweets, try "spumoni Bomba" for a burst of chocolates, vanilla and strawberry ice cream coated with a chocolate shell

This place is very busy and luckily there is a separate part of the restaurant that is attached next door that you can order your pastries, beverages, and coffees and enjoy inside or outside. We stopped in to order a couple of warm drinks and they were good, but the hot chocolate could have been better. I think for a place known for baked goods I expected a more homemade tasting hot chocolate, which I did not experience here. The coffee was enjoyable and the selection of pastries was impressive and it was really cool too see the cannolis filled freshly to order. The service was also a little abrupt and a tad confusing when it came to getting our ticket and paying. Better communiticatiin from the servers would gave made the process a little easier and less confusing.

Great place for a traditional Italian dessert! The cannoli really is the best I’ve ever had and the Tiramisu was authentic. The Cannoli King himself was there and was very friendly to speak with. This place is a neighborhood staple.

So Tasty!!! John the owner is the best. He is always there and will always get a photo with you. Wow Best cannoli on planet earth is what they say and it is true. They put something in their crème that makes it the best. We also love the '''cheese cone" which is really just some stronger cannoli sauce (thicker I think) with more cheese flavor but in a super sweet almond flavored cone. My son has 100 cheese cones flown to Florida yesterday he loves them so much!!! Great coffee too. Love this place. Lots of fun and you can get your photo with the owner who truly is the "Cannoli King". Check out all of our reviews. In the heart of little Italy, chilling ambient where you can people watch. I ordered Tiramisu which was delicious, however the pistachio cannoli wasn't as I would expect, it was crunchy with light green cream which taste nothing like pistachio. Friendly staff, and service was super fast.

What a cute little spot!! We popped in for a bite during our visit to Little Italy. Our server was super nice! Pizza was yummy. Cannoli are pricey but tasty. My espresso was spot on.

I can say the chocolate cake is delicious 😋 but the lobster tale was old not crunchy and has a fridge flavor. The jar of sangria was extremely bitter we spoke with the waitress about it. I paid for it but wasn't drinkable. The salon and restrooms were clean, they have a friendly atmosphere and good employees. Great variety of desserts.

Hands down the best canoli I have ever had and I know Canolis! The filling is super creamy and rich and the shell had a really great flavor all on it's own with a slight hint of cinnamon.. Absolutely delicious!!
