The food is amazing. If you want quality burger then this is a must. Had the lollipop wings and I was surprised how good it was. Now the Jameson burger was delicious not to mention you can add topping, which I recommend you do.
The only cons I had with the restaurant was the wait time to be attended after being seated and the AC was so cold my food was cold before I got half way through it. Otherwise I will recommend to others and definitely coming back!

This place has best French fries and delicious burgers! We came here last night for dinner. The atmosphere is very nice and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful. The service was good. We ordered Jameson Black Barrel Burger and T-Bone burger. Both we delicious and cooked perfectly. They basically have steaks in their burgers so it definitely justifies the price. We also have tasting basket of French fries. It includes regular, spicy and sweet potato fries and several kinds of dipping sauces. The drinks were well made. It was our second time at Rare Murray Hill location and we will definitely come again!
Beautiful, me and a friend had lunch there. I had a chicken soup which was just right while he had fried calamari. We both had the New York Strip Steak. That was delicious! Our waitress was amazing! And the food was perfect. I'm sure to return.
Fantastic and reasonably priced menu for all things Burgers and Beef ! Nice location on Lexington Ave adjacent and connected to a Hotel. The Bar is cozy and the staff warm and friendly. Great for cocktails or a bite at the bar - though they also have more than ample tsble seating. I will definitely be back !
"A good burger is a rare find." Rare has great burgers and incredible fries. Very affordable and amazing quality. Juicy delicious and large burgers! What's not to love!
The combo fries basket is big with for three people to share. I had the chef's special of three different sliders and all three tasted great.
Artichoke dip was awesome. Ribs were a bit dry than I like, and the chips tasting plate was pretty good too. Overall it was a decent dinner.
Great atmosphere and delicious burgers. We tried a whiskey soaked beef and the lobster burger. We also ordered the French fries basket. That basket is best shared with 4 people. Our server was wonderful too. Will recommand to our Canadian friends that visit wonderful New York.

Very nice restaurant in Manhattan. They have tasty hamburgers and steaks, as good beers too. The only thing that I didn't like was a light and constant vibration on the floor, that comes from a laundry in the basement. It's not an earthquake, but it shakes.
I ate at the street level restaurant, so I can't really speak about the roof-top bar. That being said, the burgers are great. They have high quality ingredients and my burger was perfectly cooked.
My one suggestion is that they expand their beer selection, and that is the only thing keeping me from giving a full 5 star rating.
Really great spot to get a burger! the quality of the meat is delicious and the chef cooks them to perfect temp. highly recommend. the place is a mix between a traditional restaurant and a sports bar so its nice and casual

Drinks: Excellent.
Food: Excellent. One of the best burgers I have had in the city! They offer an amazing array of specialty burgers based on type of beef. I highly recommend the Rare Rib-eye.
Space: A very casual no nonsense bar/restaurant. The bar area is very pen and conducive to mixing and mingling. While the dining area is much more intimate. Good for get-togethers and date night.
Crowd: late 20-40s Afterwork crowd. Pick-up scene. Mostly corporate types and professionals.
Service: Excellent!
