This place is a pretzel shop 🥨, ice cream 🍦 parlor, and cinnamon rolls spot mixed together! Auntie Anne's near Times Square 🗽 is also a Cinnabon and an Carvel - the perfect spot for sweets 🧁 and dessert! 🍪 Staff 👨‍🍳 is friendly and the service is super quick! ⏲️ They have no seating 🪑 so be prepared to grab-and-go! 🥡 I wish I could come here more often!

Great quick bite at Times Square. A bit pricey I believe 1 cup of mini hot dogs is 7.99 however it is delicious. Disadvantage is its tinny and there is always a line. And if you go later during the day there is a chance they won't have many products available. Cups look small however they are quite filling.

Best Pretzel chain in NewYork. Sweet warm and crispy with a soft and fluffy centre. Lots of options to choose from and all freshly made. Queues stretch out of the door of the small shop onto the street.

Might be smaller than their other locations but it's a quick in and out spot to fill your pretzel cravings! 🥨🥨🥨

Hats off to the lady and gents working their tails off on Saturday night. Turning out hot fresh pretzels and Cinnabon rolls. Non stop cooking in this tiny joint. But perfect. Counter was full of customers. And the workers kept baking and rolling out the dough (icy cinnamon rolls, pretzels etc etc). Tasty lemonade the kids and I loved. Tough location (Port Authority and Times Square) no matter. Perfect late night snack. Thanks!

I swung by here before going through security, and it was great! I wanted a raisin one but they don't have those here apparently, so I got an almond one instead. To my delight, the pretzel was still warm, and so it was soft and chewy. Really delicious! The almonds were a tad sweet though to my liking. Service was actually quite friendly, and the pretzel was $4.27 post-tax which is definitely expensive but it's the airport. Good snack!

My significant other and I loved this location! Went to visit on June 29,2019 around 12:30am. We were fascinated with the freshly baked Classic Roll. Most NJ locations feels and taste like they are pre made and frozen. The staff is very welcoming and attentive, such great attitude. Props to the entire staff . They take so much pride in their work and sharing it with the customers. They deserve an upgrade with bigger space! Will be back! Thank you all again for your fantastic service.

I was in the area (Thursday evening) and went in for a Cinnamon pretzel. The space is very tight holding about 6 people at a time but people kept coming in anyway. They move very quickly and the pretzel was great. Side note:There was a homeless woman in there arguing with the staff about change that she claimed they didn’t give her back. The manager respectfully handled it and kept the line moving so A+ for that.

It is so tasty and if u go and order there regularly u should install the app which allows u to earn rewards based on how much u spent there. For example, $1 is equivalent of 10 points and if u have 250 points there u earn free pretzel's. Pretty tasty but keep in mind u should stay away if u r on weight loss journey like me. :)

I came here on a Monday around lunch time. They weren’t busy when I arrived, but about 4 people came in right behind me. There’s no seating, so everything is to go. The inside is tiny. There’s enough room for about 6 people to stand before it gets crowded. Customer service was quite good. They asked if I wanted extra pecans or icing on my purchases. They have regular cinnamon buns, pecan cinnamon buns, mini buns, churros, and only the center. They also have the pretzels and finger bite pretzels from Auntie Anne’s, and probably some other things, but I didn’t look closely at that side. I was too distracted by the cinnamon buns. You really have to plan your seating as there’s no seating here. I took my Cinnabon to Sticky’s on 9 Ave to enjoy them with some seating and fried chicken fingers.

The mini pretzel dogs are sinfully delicious. If you are on a reduced-sodium regimen, this is NOT something to eat every day, but if you want to indulge, this is a good choice. PLEASE NOTE: there is usually a line out the door, so if you want a quick bite, you shall be waiting more than five minutes, especially on a Friday night or Saturday night.

It's a small but a lovely outlet in Times Square for fast food...sweet caramel nuggets are my favorite here..but it's a total take away food corner .....but nice staffs and it smells so good.. the sweet caramel and chocolate flavor in the air .....
