If you have a chance to come here on the first Monday of every month, they have a 15 course tasting menu that is phenomenal. Otherwise, if you come here on any other day, you will still leave more than satisfied.
Always an incredible experience here. Not only is the food delicious, but the service
Great food and Service. Valentina did a great job in helping us order and with serve. Especially we are Vegetarians.
We ordered Dan Dan Noodles. Veggie Dumplings with chili oil, Kung Pao Fried Tofu and Fried tofu in Hot Sauce
Superb upper west-side Szchewan eatery with a great, welcoming, and attentive staff. Place easily and happily accommodates large parties with added set 20% gratuity. Never pass up the spicy dumplings as starters and all dinner seafood entrees are terrific with great scallops and prawns. Fine array o
Went for the 15 course December tasting and it was a very fun experience with a lot of delicious dishes! Not every one was a winner but we left happy and full… definitely recommend trying that (or just coming for a regular meal)
I’ve been there many times over the years and have always enjoyed the tasty Szechuan fare. It’s also a nice big open space, which is great for large parties. But sometimes one single experience can color how you feel about a place. On my most recent visit, I was waiting for a date, who was late. Whe
Always good food and excellence service, I love this menu alway have it here! Chicken Dry pepper so perfect combination
It depended on what I ordered. Some dishes were mostly spicy, and I could not taste much out of them. One of the beef dishes that I ordered was kind of too tough and too dry in my opinion. The mapo tofu dish was good. I would recommend the string beans (both with minced pork or without) and long hot
Been coming here for years. it never fails to disappoint me. The food is always well above par and the chicken fried rice and beef and broccoli are always really good. Overall the food is Bussin and the staff are very nice. The place is very cool because there’s a lot of space, considering we are in
i went here because i was craving something spicy/saucy and i found just that. i ordered the hot sauce style chicken which is essentially cabbage, garlic, and celery stir fried in a chili oil sauce. the dish came out piping hot (temperature) but wasn’t overly spicy despite its color. all in all, the
The scallion pancakes are light and fluffy and delicious. The food here is consistently excellent. The Garlic, and the Black Bean dishes in particular. The service is friendly and quick but my one reservation is that the staff is incredibly quick to clear dishes and I always feel a bit rushed. As if
Amazing Chinese food in a cool atmosphere. This place is huge and crowded inside. Service is kind of slow because it is so crowded, but the waiters are knowledgeable and try their best. Complementary tea at the table is a nice touch.
The food is much better than most Chinese restaurants I've been
In business I have traveled quite a bit, n had a friend come in with her daughter, first we saw Sweeney Todd the night before and on Wednesday had Juniors in the afternoon (very disappointing) another friend who lives on the upper Westside recommended "Han" and it saved my reputation. Great servic
This place rocks... was expecting a bit of a "chinese for tourists" restaurant, but the food is excellent and quite genuine/authentic.
Place is huge and high ceilings, so don't expect buzzy downtown athmosphere, but for a quiet dinner with friends or family I will always remember this as best option
The place is a cool spot to bring your family! I would especially recommend this joint if you're not particularly used to fine Chinese cuisine. The spiciness of the food has to be modified for the UWS because I personally didn't find it THAT hot for a Sichuan place, but it's great flavor!
Small but
Very surprisingly good food. The scallion pancakes, string beans with minced pork and dry pepper chicken were all spot on, and better than we’ve had at other good Sichuan places in the City.
The dan dan noodles were also tasty, though my wife and I disagree on whether they’re “the best”: the pork c
