My husband, son and I went there last night and were very pleased with the food and service! We were greeted and seated right away. I ordered the penne a la vodka, my husband ordered veal Marsala and our son ordered the margarita pizza. The food was served fairly quickly and was delicious. And the portions weren’t overwhelming like can be the case at some restaurants. The prices were reasonable and what we expected and definitely worth it! I highly recommend Pasta Lovers! 👍👍
I thought the prices were reasonable, and the food was good...not over the top but tasty. Wait staff was quiet but very helpful and friendly. They were always ready and a few feet away if we needed anything. I would go back and recommend to friends for a nice evening of casual italian dining.
I have been going here once a week for the past 3 months. The food is great. I especially love the pasta bolognese. The rolls are hot and crunchy on the outside. Highly recommend a visit. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but you will be pleasantly surprised inside.
Attentive and knowledgeable staff, amazing food (compliments to the chef) great prices. Definitely will come back again.
Amazing service, amazing food, amazing wine! Wonderful New York City experience! Highly recommend this restaurant for a very nice dinner!

This place is amazing. Everything we had from drinks, apps to dinner. Our waiter was super nice and very attentive to our needs while we ate and drank
The meal and service is always wonderful. We make it a point to have either lunch or dinner here while visiting in the city. Yes
All of the servers were VERY nice. This was my first time to New York and the last place we ate at and it was honestly one of the best food experiences that I had!
We had such a wonderful dinner at Pasta lovers. I truly cannot say enough good things about the food, service, drinks and atmosphere. I will definitely be returning.
We didn't have a reservation but got sat right away. Our service was really great. Busses are on it with water and taking away plates and giving fast smooth service. Food was really good. Bread was a bit hard 😕 but the mussels were absolutely amazing and cooked perfectly.
My hubby wanted some pasta so we stopped by. The food was pretty good and the waiter was on it with our refills. It was pretty expensive for pasta but it was good portions (we even had leftovers), it was also very convenient since it was just by Times Square. I would recommend it but I wouldn't go back again, there are other good restaurants to visit.
We stopped by and were immediately seated. They were accommodating to our young children with strollers. We ordered our kids food first and it almost immediately came out. Everything we ordered was hot and delicious!
I recently stopped here on a family trip, we didn’t make reservations but was able to get seated right away on a Saturday night. The service was excellent and the food was even better.
Large portion sizes, enough to share and a
great wine selection. And not overly expensive, most entrees run $25 to $30.
I will happily return.
I had a great time at Pasta Lovers, where I enjoyed their delicious Fettuccini Alfredo with shrimp. The creamy sauce and perfectly cooked shrimp were a hit. I went back for more before leaving the city. I also tried their Tiramisu, which was incredibly fresh and light, a perfect way to end a tasty meal. If you love pasta or desserts, you must check out this restaurant.
Great Italian restaurant in the center of the Broadway District.
I highly recommend getting there by any means other than driving and having to park, as you will have to find a parking garage and most likely walk a bit. Parking vs Uber/Lyft.
The restaurant is located on a Main Street amidst the various theaters.
RSVP: I recommend making reservations as it can get crowded at times. We arrived at 6:30PM on a Saturday and was brought right to our table. I was able to get a last minute reservation. We sat in the back away from the bar and general area, which was great.
Our waiter, Edwin was phenomenal.
Food: Although we had our kids, we all dined off the regular menu (not sure if they have a kids menu). We ordered a variety of dishes, custom chicken Marsala, custom brick oven pizza, 2 custom pastas, and a large Caesar salad which was big enough for 3 people. When I say custom, we were allowed to switch out the typical pasta for the pasta of our choice. All the food came out hot and fresh and in large portions.
**Menu attached
Bar: The restaurant does have a bar as you walk in.
Desserts: They offer a wide array of desserts.
Atmosphere: I say the earlier you go the better. As the theaters began to let out, the restaurant began to get packed.
A definite must stop if craving Italian and in or near Times Square.
Visiting the city after many years.Made reservations for 4. We got there 15 minutes late. They offered to honor our reservations on open table. Ordered the fried mozzarella for appetizers. Freshly made and comfortably served 2 adults and two teens. The meals came out in a reasonable time and were the right portion size for lunch. Served hot. Our request to have one meal made spicy was done. Long time favorite place to eat. Had not been there in a decade. Glad to see the service and food is still top notch.
Cheesy name but it wasn’t as bad as I was expecting. The service was pretty good, food was good as well. Obviously as the name implies, lots of pasta options and a nice selection of cocktails. Bathrooms were a little rough though..
I highly recommend this place - the food was delicious I ordered Penne du frutti di mare and it was super delicious knowing that it is not always easy to find a good place to eat sea food- The pizza was also good.
I liked the atmosphere - very cozy and warm and makes you enjoy the season’s time with family.
I was visiting NYC on a bored Sunday afternoon. I wanted to watch the game and eat so I googled “good penne vodka” and this place showed up.. the staff was great. The atmosphere was beautiful. I watched the 49ers lose a game and here’s a picture of my food. It was really really good I recommended this place a 8 out of 10.
Nice atmosphere and good food for that part of the city. The seafood pasta was delicious and the shrimp on the shrimp parm were legit. Kids enjoyed their tenders and pasta too
We started with mussels & baked clams. The baked clams were over powered by a ton of breadcrumbs. It was our least favorite thing.
Then we had the fra diovalo, linguine frutti di mare, and pizza. The linguine frutti di mare was really good. The fra diovalo was okay. It was not spicy at all and had large strewed tomatoes.
Went for an early dinner and service was prompt and attentive. Had the Garden Salad and Rigatoni with Broccoli and tomato sauce. Both were tasty.
First time trying this trattoria and it was divine!!! The service and food were top notch, seriously maybe the best linguine vongole I’ve ever had. They did not skimp on any ingredients and the clams were gigantic and so fresh! Sauces were very rich and bold, these entrees are definitely meant for sharing and it is best if you go when you’re starving! Would highly recommend their fettuccine special prepared table side and flambéed—it is quite a feast for the eyes. We also order the pesto, which was decadent and rich. Also really liked the fresh rolls that came with dinner, they had a Dutch-crunchy-like exterior texture and were warm and fluffy on the inside. Highly recommend this place if you are craving fantastic Italian in midtown and don’t mind paying a bit of a premium.
The food is incredibly yum. Definitely visit if you love Italian cuisine.
My first time in NYC and i have been searching for Fettuccine Alfredo. The service was incredible im not sure if she was the hostess or gm but she was so kind and attentive. The food was HEAVENLY!!
We had reservations here for 4:30 on a Tuesday and it wasn't very busy. (That's a plus in my book).
The staff was incredibly attentive, always refilling water and checking in. The food was so absolutely delicious and their mixed drinks certainly did not skimp on the alcohol. The portions are quite large and it was completely Italian comfort food at its best.
The setting is very relaxed and welcoming, with dim warm lights and comfortable seating.
Would absolutely recommend visiting!
Pretty good food. The chicken alfredo had a MASSIVE portion of chicken on top and ended up being way more than I could finish. It was basically an enormous chicken breast with a bit of noodles. The staff were all very attentive and it's a nice place. I'd go back.
