I've had the pizza (gluten-free) and pasta with pesto (gluten-free) here. The pizza was phenomenal, if rather expensive, and the pasta was very good (if not that interesting). On the good side, this place has a nice atmosphere (cozy, to put it mildly) and excellent food. On the bad side, the staff usually seems very occupied, or even dismissive, and it's not always easy to get their attention. The gluten-free pizza options are also confusingly limited; you can only have a few of the topping combos they offer. But this is one of the places I bring friends and family who come to visit.

I was actually looking for a traditional hole in the wall New York pizza joint. This place is NOT THAT. Coal fired gourmet pizza. Don't let that dissuade you, though. The pizza was really amazing! Crust was to die for. They have a really cool beer list with super interesting stuff on it. The cherry on top was my server. This guy was great. Super attentive and, since I was traveling on business alone, he was very engaging. He talked with me about their menu and did a great job suggesting beer and menu items. I would love to take my wife here when we go to New York together and I'm not just there working.

The Gluten-free pizza is great! We had to wait quite a long time until it was ready, but only because they make the dough on the spot. The place is quiet and the staff is friendly. I haven't tasted the regular pizza, but if you have Celiac disease or on a Gluten free diet, this place is worth a visit.
