This is by far one of my favorite spots. I’m not even a fan of Italian food but this is the freshest, light but flavorful Italian I’ve had. I’ve tried so many things on the menu and everything has been delicious. Although I do have my favorites. The bartender is really quirky and fun! The inside of the restaurant is so cute and cozy! And even the outside seating area is beautiful. It’s always a win here. I visit biweekly!
Amazing food and service. The octopus was very tender, the pasta was homemade and delicious. The atmosphere could be improved by getting rid of the cables and the closet for the lights next to one of the tables, but if you are looking for great food and service, go here .
Excellent restaurant!!! Great staff, great drinks, amazing food. The outdoor seating is really nice you'd never know your on 6th ave. We started with the ceaser salad, apps we had tuna and meatballs. Dinner my wife had ravioli with pear and I had gnocchi with clams and pesto both were phenomenal. We ended it by sharing an affigato and tiramasu, what a great way to spend our anniversary, we will definitely be back!
My friends and I stopped in at CICCIO Bar & Alimentari for the first time. It was absolutely incredible. Our server was friendly, and her suggestions were spot on. Everyone in our group raved about their food selection. The wine list is excellent. And the outdoor seating is a nice touch. Highly recommend eating here!!
Great food. The meatballs were excellent and I loved the steak Florentine (perfectly seasoned and prepared). We came for a business dinner on a Tuesday night and the restaurant was mostly empty. We sat outside, which was a lot less noisy than I thought it would be.
My wife makes me come here every 1-2 months. And I have to agree. I can’t resist coming back here over and over again. The pasta, meatballs and octopus are just exquisite. Thank you Ben and Peter for your service tonight. We were quite pleased with our outdoor dining experience. Our friend who visited from Texas agrees with how great the food is(her second time here)! We will be back again soon!!!
The food here is decent, and the cheese and meat platter is with good portion!
I would recommend the risotto a lot, it’s filled with all sort of seafood and tasty.
The service itself I would say it’s Ok, but not super welcoming.
The waitress somehow rushing and went away while my friend is kind of don’t know what to order. It’s fine but a little shocked.
The cocktail itself is OK, maybe wine would be a better choice here.
Still recommended bistro in the lower west side.
The cauliflower flan with truffles was incredibly delicious! Do yourself a favor and order it. The people are so kind here, and the food was exquisite. Pasta is made in house and tasted very fresh. Will definitely be back. Thank you CICCIO!
I wanted to try new Italian and I was very impressed by the food here! I got cacio e pepe and a grilled octopus starter both were 10/10. The reason I took away one star was because the service was OK the male servers here aren’t very friendly they have an attitude but I can look past it 😂
Always a great time and an excellent meal at Ciccio. This is a truly authentic SoHo neighborhood Italian place. Don't come here if you want Babbo for dinner tonight. Come here if you like to eat at the family-run place around the corner when you're traveling in Tuscany.

The caccio Pepe was outstanding. Waitstaff was on point. Tiramisu was delicious. Meatballs were chunky, moist and flavourful.
Unfortunately, it was all better than my Nonna’s- except for the bread.
Loved this place. I went there for lunch and had the carrot salad (warm carrots perfectly balanced with a bed of arugula), the gnocchi (definitely home made) with a tasty tomato sauce and the meatballs. Not sure what they put in those, but they are the softest, moistest meatballs i have ever had.
The meal could not end without a dessert: their tiramisu reminds me of the ones I used to eat in Italy. Not too sweet, coffee not overpowering the dish and a limited amount of mascarpone made the dessert pleasant and me willing to have more. Great spot!
Really liked this place. It’s small and cozy with delicious food. Servers and managers were so nice. There was an issue with our open table reservation but they accommodated us quickly and made sure we had great meal. The appetizer with sliced beef loin was absolutely amazing, as well as my favorite burrata. They sent us Tiramisu for dessert and we loved it! I’ve had lots of tiramisu in Italy and this was as good as those.

Outstanding Italian with fresh made Pasta and abundant wine selection
I usually visit Ciccio and sit a the Bar but in this occasion I decide to seat in one of their cost tables to receive a old friend.
I began by ordering the TAGLIERE MISTO: an antipasto board of mixed curated meats and cheese that goes extremely well over some cocktails. The classic but always trendy Aperol Spritz and bold Negroni.
I also had the chance to tried a handmade Taylor cocktail made by Miguel, the Bartender on duty.
Eventually I order the signature pasta STRISCE ALLA CHAIANTIGIANA a sublime pasta made on the spot with Pecorino cheese, Guanciale meat and pork cheek meat and wine reduction. I got suggested to pair it with a RIPASSO red wine to end up being the hit of the night for me and my friend we end up ordering a bottle. You can tell this guys know how to do Italian with class.
If you ever have the need to eat and impress a friend or couple this place never disappoints.
Don't forget to try the daily fresh Focaccia bread
