This place was waouhhh !! We were a group of 8 and decided to try pretty much everything on the menu. Our favorite pastas were the SPAGHETTI CON POMAROLA, PAPPARDELLE AL RAGU, TAGLIATELLA AL TARTUFO, and TAGLIOLINI AL PESTO (special). For desert would recommend the panna cotta but tiramisu was hype.
we got the gnocchi with sage butter special - chefs kiss. the truffle pasta and the cacio e pepe. all of the dishes the kitty purrrrr. everything was amazing and so so fresh. you can taste the love
Good spot for Italian eats with indoor and outdoor seating. Notably, the pasta with truffle and the spaghetti with clams were memorable. Also really liked the pork shoulder and zucchini flan appetizers.
This is as close as you are going to get to delicious authentic Italian cuisine in NYC! This charming establishment features the most amazing pastas, Burrata cheese, gorgeous prosciutto and don’t forget dessert! We will be back!
I got Tagliatelle al Tartufo which is egg pasta with truffle sauce. The pasta was simply delicious. For dessert we got tiramisu and panna cotta. Food was great!!! Honestly, one of the best pastas in NYC. Kinda hard to have a conversation inside. The Music is a bit too loud in my opinion.

We came in with no res but were seated immediately. The interior of this place feels as if it has been transported straight from Tuscany, which I mean it probably has. Echoing other reviews, it is intimate and charming.

Traditional and authentic Tuscan Italian food. Pasta is handmade and in front of you. The truffle pasta is to die por and their aged prosciutto is a must. Prices were fair and ambience was on point.

Absolutely delicious. Home made fresh pasta (you can even taste the eggs).. I had the truffle which has a lot of truffle, and my husband had the gnocchi which fest soufflé. Amazing.

there are three main things to keep in mind upon visiting Fiachetteria “Pistoia” and that’s very noisy, servers with a very strong European accents (only mentioning this because of the difficulty of ordering/ understanding the servers with all the noise), and the best homemade pasta in the City. I
Very cute hidden gem in the East Village. The pasta was very fresh and fairly affordable compared to other Italian spots in town. Really enjoyed the truffle pasta… ugh truffle makes everything taste better. Would definitely get that dish again when I’m back.

Wonderful handmade, authentic pastas and good wine rec by our waiter. Cozy vibes. I called 5 days before and got a reservation for our party of 7 on a Saturday evening.
Food was great, especially the truffle pasta was delicious. Downside is it’s hard to make a reservation since the restaurant doesn’t always pick up the phone, and it’s pretty loud.
