Recently visited NYC for the holidays foundation this quaint little Irish pub for my husband and WOW! Food was amazing, service was outstanding and as busy as it was the wait was minimal. Def try the Irish stew or the Harp fish and chips they were delicious!

I had the chicken pot pie and it was delicious! My husband had the Gaelic Burger and it was very yummy. The service was fast (dishes were served within 15 minutes from ordering) and the food was blasting hot!! Quality of the food was very fresh. Nice Friday afternoon weekend vibe!

Pretty impressed with the quality of food, drinks and the holiday atmosphere the Pub embraces! It was decently busy, since it was the day after Christmas, but much quieter than the places closer to Times Square and Rockefeller center. The service in the back room was terrible, one waitress to work every table it seemed and I started playing a game and timing how long it took to get checked on, the longest was 25 minutes after we finished eating, we honestly thought we were forgotten and I had to go grab someone just to get a check. I’d eat here again, but hopefully during a quieter time. The Sheperd’s pie was great, crab cakes were really good. French onion soup you can pass on, I ordered a mud pie which never arrived but would have liked to try it. The cheesecake was great! It is very family friendly, on the louder side so if you have young ones that are loud you’ll be perfectly fine here, we’d bring our toddlers!

As far as Irish Pubs go this place is a machine. You can tell that at some point on a Friday afternoon every nook and cranny of this joint is packed with working stiffs grabbing a beverage before heading home. The drinking starts early here but fortunately the food is surprisingly good. There is an unfortunate smell of cleaning products but I guess better that than the alternative. I had a shepherds pie that was bizarrely decorated with a potato chip but it tasted great. Service is on point and can clearly handle any size crowd. You would be hard pressed to find an angle that doesn’t have a tv so if there is a game to watch I am confident you could watch it here. Most importantly, the Guinness is served perfectly. As it should be.

We ended up going here twice because the vibe was super welcoming! Was happy to finally find my stout beer too! They have a variety of food options. From finger food that you can nibble on to proper filling meals! We ordered crab cakes, the shrimp pasta, chicken dumplings and two of their cocktails. Oh, and the cocktails are a must-try! Ask any of the servers, they're all friendly and happy to help. P.S. This is also one of the places that's open till 1-2am!

We were a bit apprehensive as we got ripped off at another Irish pub 6 months ago, this one was excellent, excellent staff, excellent manager who looked after his staff. The tables and chairs were designed for the atmosphere. The food was also really good, French onion and potato and leak soups as well as the Irish stew thank you.

Really nice pub, Guinness is on point. Best Reuben I have ever had. After a visit to St. Patrick's, I can die a happy man. Hopefully far in the future 🙂

It was my first time in the US and I was looking for a proper Irish bar in NY that looked just like the bars you see in TV "cop" series, and Connolly's is just that. Nice long wooden bar where you can sit and eat & drink and shoot the breeze as though you'd just finished a heavy shift in the NYPD. Food is really good and the bar staff friendly and chatty. Absolutely spot on..!!

We come to New York City every year and Connolly’s is my guys favorite (their Irish coffee! 😂) Had lunch today and it was fabulous as always - love their Greek salad… but today my wallet (unbeknownst to me) fell out in the rest room…. When I realized it was missing we headed back to Connolly’s - Olga the hostess found! Everything was in my wallet … big shout out to the staff at Connolly’s!

Nice as usual in last 2 decades except a new female stuff who direct guess to different room/parties was so mean, impolite and unprofessional. My friend and I got hit hard on our shoulder when we walked to a wrong direction. Well, we wasn't told which direction to go upfront...

I frequently come to this place and i love everything about it. I get excited about seeing what the specials are because they are always so tasty and unique. Nile makes the best cosmos I’ve ever tasted. Nile, Peter, Freddy, and Katie are my top favorite staff, they are always so sweet and welcoming that they always makes me want to see them again. Would definitely recommend to anyone that want a real nyc bar experience!!

We were there today after shopping with the family. The service was superb… the drinks were great. Guinness was great… we will definitely be back. I didn’t get the bar managers name, but he was an absolute gent from Fermanagh. If you’re reading this sir, thanks for the pot of hot water… 😀

Food and portions were very good. Prices were reasonable for Manhattan. Service was good but disappointed they automatically added 20% gratuity then another 3% for credit card charge.
