Excellent food!! The place really gets you in the mood with its lovely traditional Loteria decoration with a chic modern touch. So far my favorite place during my visit to NY and they have Mexican wine!! Must try!

A friend and I chose this restaurant for restaurant week and it was a great decision! The ambiance is very chill, the music is low so you don’t have to yell when talking. As far as the menu everything sounded so good I didn’t know what to pick. The sangria was the best! I chose the empanada as my appetizer, the Chicharron tacos for my entree, and the churros for dessert. The service was great, friendly and consistent. I will definitely come back! Thanks La Loteria!!!

Was here in my birthday and I can tell you I’ve never had such great food in a long time! Did the “Food Week” special and started with an em piñata and it was the best!! I can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic...our group sampled much of the menu...a creative, graceful and healthy take on traditional ingredients, with an amazing variety of flavors. I'm really looking forward to coming again soon.

These Baja fish tacos are amazing! Last time I was here was pre-pandemic, but I’m so happy to know that the food is still delicious and the drinks go down like a dream. Sad that most of the team working has changed, but the newer crew were still super friendly! Highly recommend the fish tacos, the chilaquiles, and the Sangria. Yum!

We came here for Saturday brunch and were pleasantly delighted with everything!! The drinks were boozy and the food was delicious! Steak and eggs are a must have! We also enjoyed the guac and salsa appetizer, very tasty!!! The place wasn’t over crowded and our waiter Elese was pleasant and attentive!

Nice but over priced.l Good thin chips but guac didnt command an $18 price. Yuka fries were the driest fries ever had. texture seemed like it was cooked and sitting under a heating lamp for hours. Happy hour margarita was good but not consistent. Service and attention are excellent. didnt try main dishes

The ambiance was beautiful, the restaurant had an outdoor seating available with heated lamps as it was super cold few days ago🥶🥶🥶🥶 The table and the layout was super cute for both indoors and outdoor seatings. We got their #Margaritas and each of us got different flavor and all of the drinks tasted very good. They sugar level was perfect and it tasted refreshing. They do not serve Chips and Salsa on the house so we ordered Salsa and Guacamole combo with chips for appetizers. Most Mexican restaurants I go to have chips that are stale and for a change these were not stale and were crispy. The #Guacamole was on point and was very well presented. The highlight were the salsa that tasted so good especially the verde salsa. They had 4 vegetarian options on their menu and last time I had tried their Tacos that I tasted very good, this time I got #chilaquiles which was new addition to their menu. I asked them to subtract the egg for me and they were able to accommodate that. This tasted absolutely amazing. The #nachos strips were super crunchy and it was paired with a chipotle sauce and #cotija cheese. It included sautéed veggies and topped with pickled onions. Can’t tell you how good this tasted. My friends got non vegetarian food and they all loved everything they got. Most of them got tacos and one person got Fajita and they were raving about the food. We got #Churros for dessert that served with caramel and chocolate sauce and this one tasted good but not outstanding. The chocolate sauce was very good. Overall I highly recommended visiting this restaurant @laloterianyc My personal rating (scale 1-5 with 5 being the best) Ambience: 5 Taste: 5 Service: 5 Overall rating: 5 Cost:$$$ Follow me @vspiceroute in IG for more Veg food reviews

The most Amazing and delicious guacamole. The margaritas on the rock where amazing (cost $17 each which I think is a little bit pricey for the size of the glass) Not too sweet and just perfect balance. Churros are to die for. Your welcome 🤗

Excellent brunch menu. We opted for the huevoes rancheros and avocado toast. Portions were perfect, not too large or small. Flavorful and fresh ingredients. Doesn't look like one needs to make a reservation, maybe during warmer weather. Margaritas are fantastic are as well.

Great upscale Mexican food. Everything was very enjoyable and was nicely presented. The dessert, though not my favorite here, was particularly interesting, as it looked like a potted plant. The peanut salad was surprisingly interesting as a dish. The enchiladas callejeras on the other hand were a slight let down, anti the ratio of potato to enchilada was huge. The main downside was how cramped the place is, so people keep bumping into you and you keep listening to their conversation. If you enjoyed Crema on Chelsea, you should try this restaurant by the same chef.
