Raja Uncle and Akshay truly became part of the family when they participated in my sisters wedding in 2009, my wedding in 2014, and my brothers in 2018. The top Indian caterers in the region, they will provide everyone with dedicated, trusted, and high quality food and experience. For my sister and my wedding, they built a kitchen in a tent at my parents home and created the most magical culinary experience for our guests for breakfast, lunch, cocktail hour and dinner. Every guest left raving about the food, which is the biggest part of the wedding experience. We recommend them to everyone we know and you will surely be so thrilled if you choose them for any event!
We used Bukhara Grill for our wedding weekend in May 2022. We had a fusion wedding and Raja was wonderful to work with as we blended Indian and Italian cuisines for our guests! Bukhara Grill offered us endless options and were willing to tailor things to our needs. Raja was easy to work with and promptly answered our questions. Perhaps more importantly, our guests absolutely loved the food and are still talking about it!! We worked with Vicky Vij and the Bukhara Grill team for our recent wedding on 10/28/23 in Virginia. The event would not have been what it was without the entire Bukhara Grill staff. The team did an astounding job under Vicky's leadership. Our guests are still raving about the food. The team is professional, courteous, and extremely attentive to all guests needs. We catered South Indian for lunch and North Indian with an array of specialties for Cocktail Hour and Dessert. It was a pleasure working with Vicky. He's available, personable, transparent and always puts the needs of his clients first. I highly recommend this team for any catering event. I know I will be using them again!
We used Bukhara for our 300+ wedding in NJ and they were among the best vendors we had..responsive from the very beginning, food was delicious and they were all around wonderful to work with! Please note that their non-Indian food is amazing too - we had a mix of everything!
We appreciated that they listened to little things we had mentioned in passing and really showed attention to detail. Also loved that the owners , Akshay and Raja are so hands on whereas with some other Indian caterers - you’re passed off to a catering manager. It shows that these guys really care about their reputation and each and every client. Highly recommend!
Akshay, Raja and the Team did amazing catering our 200+ guest wedding. They were very accommodating with the menu items. The process was straightforward with competitive pricing. The presentation and the quality of food was absolutely 10/10. All of the guests complimented how delicious the food was!! The only reason I reduced one star was because communication was sometimes a bit slow, which could be stressful while planning a big event. Aside from that, no complaints whatsoever, highly recommend and would give them a 4.5/5!
Loved the entire event by Vicky Vij! Everyone raved of the food, staff was great, very helpful and courteous.
Set up, delivery, quality was above par and most importantly everyone from the staff always had a smile!

Bukhara grill catered my party of 250 people at the Hyatt at Jersey city this past summer. Absolutely great service, delicious food generous excellent spread, and very seamless presentation. The staff were absolutely courteous.and professional.
Can't rave enough about these guys - from the most delicious foods and widespread variety to the most accommodating and perfected service! We had direct communication with Akshay and Raja, which was really helpful in making sure we were all on the same page about the ultimate vision and game plan. Definitely recommend Bukhara Grill for some of the best food around + an overall positive experience when you're thinking about vendor relationships on your big day!

Great food and great people to work with. We did the catering from Bukhara Grill for my event at Hyatt, Jersey City and both - the food as well as service was immaculate. Akshay and Raja Jhanjee didn’t shy away from throwing in extra perks to make sure the guests are overly delighted with the food. They even added some live stations from their end which was a surprise.
