Great place for boozy brunch. Show up early to avoid crowds or make reservations for afternoon brunch. The food was excellent - we had a burger and shrimp grits. And partook in the boozy side of brunch as well. Happy to report they're quick with refills and don't sound your minutes and seconds down.

Came for the bottomless brunch on a Saturday and sat at the bar. Arrived around 12:30pm and was the only party at the table. Great as we received first class service. Had the mimosas and the Shrimp & Grits. Both were tasty and the only odd thing was the biscuit which I didn't touch. That could possibly be a optional item vs required.

Went here for brunch last Saturday with 3 others. We order the steak & eggs; and shrimp with grits. The food was delicious, and the server Solace was awesome. I would have given 5 stars but I have to admit it was so hot in the restaurant we were sweating tremendously. The server said it’s always warm there so hopefully by the summer it gets a little better for the workers because it was really warm for them to run up and down the stairs with hot plates. Never the less I can’t wait to return soon. The ambiance and crowd was great!

Such a fun bottomless brunch experience! Intimate, more private outdoor patio met with pleasant staff and delicious food. Got the chilaquiles per a hostess' recommendation and was so glad I did. Thank you, Essex!

Amazing value for money for a bottomless. They have bloody Mary’s, mimosas, screwdrivers and beers (what sold me) as drink options for their bottomless. The food was so so, got the tofu scramble and steak and eggs. The free bread they give in beginning is soft and fresh. They were definitely short staffed the day we went and hence it took a bit longer to get drinks.

Excellent atmosphere and good. Except for the Mexican plate which is no Bueno. Otherwise, the most pleasurable delight of Brunch. The service is fast with the food wrll cooked and deliciously served by beautiful staff.

We thought the restaurant week menu was very tasty and a good deal. The appetizer and dessert were especially good. I don't understand how they're able to offer eight oysters for a single appetizer on a $40 three course menu! For the main entrees, I probably would have preferred the pea shoots side for the artic char dish to be cooked instead of mostly raw. I would still come here again!
