Great authentic food. I asked the waiter for a mocktail and he made one up despite it not being on the menu, very caring and checked in. I had the gnocchi which was delicious and I would highly recommend. The garlic break was nice but definitely tasted slightly on the frozen side. The bathroom is pr
Excellent choice for our large group of 10. The server we had as amazing, Very attentive. The food was hot and so much flavor. I am glad I google searched and found Nittis. I will come back next time I am in NY.
Thanks for the wonderful meal.
Absolutely loved this restaurant! We didn't have reservations (six of us), but the servers were very quick to set up a spot for us. The service was great (and fast!) and the prices were reasonable. I had salmon, and it was amazing!!
This restaurant slaps. We come during NYCC, and every year we have come has been an unforgettable experience. We look forward to it every year! Highly recommend.
The sauce on every dish is the kind that you lick off the plate, just saying
-lasagna
-Pappardelle Bolognese
Corner of 9th and 39th down the street from The Element Hotel. We’ve enjoyed this Italian restaurant many times! Owner “Nitti” (named from his Nonna from Rome) puts so much love and passion in his food you can taste it! Server Adrian is amazing!🤩💯
At the end of our visit to NYC last week, we wanted to sample a trendy Italian restaurant within minutes of our hotel and Nitti's was the choice. They did not disappoint. I will say that all the windows to the patio area were open, and after a rainy few days, it was still very humid and warm. How
Our friends made a reservation for Nitti’s on a Sunday evening, the restaurant was not as busy and had their patios wide open (after a rainy day it was quite humid and muggy). We were seated promptly tucked away before the entrance. Our server was quick to get our drink orders—although they were on
Nice italian food. Papardelle with ragu and mozarella was sooo good! A small thing to improve is that they bring us the bread without the oil and vinegar, so we est all the bread and then, afrer 10 minutes or so they fill our plates with the oil and vinegar so we could not taste that.
Met the owner Will. Very nice guy and comes from a hard working family. You can tell by the effort he put into food and decor. We went at a great time right before the rush. When we left the restaurant started filling up which was just before 6pm. I had the chicken mama Mia which was fantastic
This was the best meal we ate in NYC. The pizza was crispy and delicious. The spaghetti and meatballs were so good. I could eat the sauce with a spoon. It had the perfect atmosphere dining outdoors.
This was one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. Despite that being New York City, this was one of the best Italian restaurants we've ever been to. We got seated quickly (it was closer to the closing time). The server approached us quickly and was extremely polite and diligent. We even
Great Italian restaurant in the heart of Hell's Kitchen. Moderately priced with good sized servings. I recommend the eggplant rollatini as a starter. My two favourites were the gnocchi and shrimp and the spaghetti with braised meatballs. The bread was seasoned and toasted and perfect for mopping
We went here before our play. The atmosphere and food were great. The service was great as well. No problem having a relaxing meal with plenty of time left to make it to Broadway !!
This place is a must-see! What an amazing experience Bill and his staff put on! The owner, Bill, goes out of his way to make every guest feel like they are regulars! It's a cozy spot to get some great Italian food! The drinks are great also! We will be back every time we are in New York!
I would say if you want italian food, this is the place to go. First of I came here with my wife around lunch time and rapidly the server came to us. She poured our glasses of water and proceeded to take our order. For appetizer we went with something basic, like the mozzarella sticks. Then I ordere
