The food was solid with a lot of veggie options. I loved the eggplant curry dish and the koftah was good as well. The staff were attentive and friendly.
Sustainability rating: 3 out of 5. reusable dinner ware was used but there were plastic straws for drinks. Not sure if they compost.
Food have lots of flavor and well prepared. Not as traditional Indian, but in a good way.
Chicken Tandoor was moist and tender which was rare for this dish.
Lamb curry was spicy and perfect. The garnish w fresh ginger was a nice touch and added flavor.
Service was good, however it was a quiet nig
One of the best Indian food I had in NYC. Everything we ate here was really good. Don’t miss the cauliflower, boneless tandoori chicken (usually very good but this time was disappointing) and the famous naan bread. This is not your average Indian restaurant, prices are higher than usual but you can
Went here for dinner as a large group (9 people) and had reservations and were seated right away upon an on-time arrival. The place is relatively small so reservations highly recommended if you are going here as a large group.
First off, what stands out is their excellent service and the pace at wh
Good value, food here is delicious and reasonably priced. Dined in for restaurant week, tasted a variety of small bites. Although the service is very casual, they let us order any drinks we wanted (restaurant week menu comes with 2 drinks per person).
Really good Indian food! Close by and will go back. Nice staff and a cute atmosphere. Simple menu and beautiful presentation.
Really good Indian. Not necessarily as modern as the name would lead you to believe — aRoqa is a better example of that — but still quality. Great tandoori chicken, excellent naan. Cocktail menu is not online but they have one and the drinks are creative and good. I’ll be back. You should try it.
Loved the food here! Their bar is impressive too. Great if you're looking for indulgent Indian food.
All the food, appetizers (we tried cauliflower and samosas), main dishes (duck Curry and lamb korma) sides (basmati and naan basket) were faultless. The mango lassi is also definitely worth trying!
One of the best Indian restaurants in NYC I must say and I am Indian . Food is very authentic to our roots. We were a large group and they were able to cater us. We ordered bunch of appetizers and drinks at first . They all came out pretty fast . Followed it with our Main Course and it was out prett
Small, yet cozy restaurant offering some great quick bites of Indian Cuisine and a wide variety of mixed drinks. Definitely try the Paan Ice Cream, you'll thank me later!
Now that was a great surprise! All of the amazing flavor and aroma of traditional Indian without the heaviness. A mixture of savory, tangy, and subtly sweet, we loved every dish on the tasting menu. And the cocktails were creative without being annoying and pretentious. A great spot - highly recomme
Excellent Indian food. Food has great flavor. Little pricey though specially for Hell's Kitchen
Great gobi, great garlic naan. Very tasty chilly shrimp too. It's a good place. It's very modern and light and has a nice long bar. The restroom was clean. If it's full it might get a bit noisy.
Good India food. Small portions, not inexpensive. Nice place. Good service. Lots of veg options.
