Takahachi Bakery - New York City - Photo album

I passed by this bakery today. Bought three items, price range $3-4. I like the red bean bun , not too sweet , soft bun with little sesame. Also, like the mini pizza. In fact, I pan fried it in low heat to warm it up, resulted with a crispy crust, very tasty, the savory ham and the creamy cheese fi
Very nice bakery without the manhattan rush but fast Japanese precision; the buns with cream cheese and coconut were amazing! Sweet, spongy bread as the protagonist with a little cream cheese filled and on top and coconut flakes for a delicate coconut flavor. Definitely will return soon!
Takahachi bakery has fresh pastry, salads, sandwiches and cakes. Both sweet and savory. One of my favorite things is to go sit in the back and watch them bake. It’s clean, fresh and delicious. The price is good for New York City.
Visited this Japanese bakery already two times in two weeks because their authentic pastries and savory options are just so good!! The drinks they offer go really well with their pastries and their Matcha Crepe is out of this world. Definitely a must-try!!
I’m so glad I found this spot! It was super close to my hotel and I loved it so much the first time that I came back again! I really enjoyed everything I had and hope to come back on my next trip and try some more adventurous treats. I got the mango custard pastry and it was incredible! Truly a love
Japanese bakery, macha crepe is good. Terrific egg salad sandwich. Seating in the back. They also have coffee and tea drinks available. I think it's a good value relative to the quality.
I just want to say thank you to the staff at this place. They were so patient with me. I initially couldn't find the place and they took the time to guide me on the phone and even came out the entrance to look for me. Take appreciated that. I was not sure what cake to get and they showed me a whole
I loved the matcha crepe - the red bean complimented the matcha really well. I also loved the interior - you can see the pastry chefs working and it gave a homey feeling. The mochi an pan and matcha parfait weren’t that great but I would definitely come back for the matcha crepe and their other past
