Checked this place out for their oyster happy hour. Great atmosphere and music , fast friendly service and fresh oysters delightful appetizers and decent selection of beers. So far the best oyster happy hour I have been to. A new favorite on my list of great NYC bars. Looking forward to my next visit.
Heard such good things about this place so had to check it out when we were in NYC. Great bar with an excellent wine list. Great choices on their food menu too. Oysters were delicious and their happy hour process are unbeatable. Definitely a must-stop on our list every time we're in NYC!

Everything is done right. I mean everything. It's all good, most of it great. I love this place.
Highlight Restaurant!. Ten Bells was the highlight of our trip food wise... We made a late reservation and sat down in a very small and very busy restaurant.
While it did take a little while to get served we were in no hurry so it wasn't a problem.
One amazing surprise was the pulled pork sandwich... it was the best i've ever eaten, and I really mean it.
They've got an inventive menu which allows you to be adventurous or boring (we were a bit of both) and you won't be disappointed with either decision.

Laid back & swanky. Only a place like this could be in the LES. No sign beckons you in, just the soft glow of candlelight and people's voices. Great wine (the bartenders really do know best, to my surprise), and food to complement. Awesome place in the early evening, gets packed later, but that's not too bad either!
Cool Hangout. Relaxing, friendly atmosphere with an amazing aniseed meat. A wide variety of wines at reasonable prices, with staff not trying to push anything expensive. I usually take out of town guests there.
Named after a pub in London where Jack the Ripper was said to have met his victims, The Ten Bells is a U-shaped wine bar serving oysters, tapas, charcuterie and cheese to go alongside all the wine.
The Ten Bells is mysterious. Not having done a photo study before my first visit, I walked back and forth on the short block of Broome Street that runs between Orchard and Ludlow with nary a sign of the place. Literally, that is… no sign. Not even a numb
The food was fresh and delicious. The wine was great too. The service was excellent and the venue is clean and very nicely set up. I really liked the vibe. I also recommend everything on the menu. I hope to come back here soon because it was a great experience.
Cool easy going cozy spot with great deals on wine and tapas.. great happy hour deals on wine . Their Spanish empanadas w chorizio is just awesome. Has a cure little patio in the back.
Cozy tapas style wine bar with an awesome happy hour: $1 oysters and $18 carafes of wine. It’s competitive to get seats if you don’t arrive right at the beginning but there are spots to hang out and have a drink in the meantime.
My new favorite oyster spot, also had the best shrimp nachos and good salmon tartare!! Happy hour for oyster is from opening(3pm on weekend and 5pm on weekdays) to 7pm :)
This place has some amazing drinks and also food! The bourbon apple cider is soooo gooood!! The atmosphere is really fun and the people are super nice. Definitely recommend coming here with friends or family
It is my favorite happy hour place in LES. They have $1 oyster deals which is amazing and yummy. The appetizers are small portions but make easy snacks. The service is quick and easy. I go atleast once in 2-3 weeks!
